The house consists of 3 bedrooms and 2 toilets, one with shower. Bedroom 1: Double bed 160 cm. Large room with space for an extra mattress. Bedroom 2: Single bed 120 cm Bedroom 3: (Basement) Single bed 120 cm Glazed conservatory with dining area. Access to garden with hot tub and sun beds and barbecue. Bed linens and towels are provided. Cleaning is done by the tenant.

No smoking indoors in the entire property, smoking outdoors allowed. In winter, we charge a fee of SEK 200 for ice hole making if guests wish to swim in the winter

Here you live in a modern newly built guest house of about 30 sqm + loft - a paradise on earth. Located in a small village by Hjälmaren - about 5 minutes' walk to the beach. There is a smaller private deck overlooking the forest and a large common deck with access to a shared pool, wood-fired hot tub, gas grill and wood-fired fireplace. The large house can also be rented.

The hot tub is available on request. We also have bicycles and sups to borrow. In our greenhouse, we have a basic stove and fridge and table to eat. Breakfast or dinner is possible for a fee.
