Waterfront holiday rentals in Orient Bay

I really enjoyed my two week vacation in this great apartment! It is very spacious. Another couple stayed with me for a few days, and we were all very comfortable. Wonderful restaurants are right nearby, and the ocean is a very short walk away (you can see it from the balcony). Manuela is a delightful person and very helpful. I look greatly forward to returning soon and staying again in this perfect spot!

My friends and I had such an amazing stay here. I can’t say enough about this air bnb! Tibo and his father were extremely accommodating about arrival and check out times. The place is even more beautiful than the photos and simultaneously private and peaceful but in the middle of town. Grand Case is a really vibrant and welcoming area with a great food and dance/music culture. We hope to stay here in the future!

I recently booked this property for a recent trip to St Maarten to celebrate my husband's 40th birthday in May 2025. I wanted a property that felt like an intimate villa space. When I came across this listing, it was PERFECT. The deck overlooking the lagoon and the pool was a huge selling factor for me. Isa the property manager is extremely responsive, she messaged me ahead of time, obtained our flight details and provided several resources such as car rentals, restaurants, private drivers etc. The neighbourhood (Point Pirouette) is very close to the Maho main strip but you do require access to a car. It a very quiet, peaceful, residential, gated community. The unit has all amenities required, wifi works, AC in living room and bedroom, the deck was my fav place to unwind with my husband, to watch the sunrise and the sunset. There's ample natural lighting and the space is tastefully decorated. I would stay at this property again without thinking twice about it.

Nice place, very spacious, equipped with necessary items. Bring washcloths. Lots of ants, which is common in the carribean islands, but there seemed to be more than usual throughout the apt and not centrally localized in one area. Animals roam the area, but they were no problem. Microwave does not work and washer is bit tricky to use. Bring an adapter for the plug, one is provided. Hot water was HOT, but is limited to about 10-15 min, only a problem if there is more than one person. Apartment itself is a little hard to find at first and to be honest its not very easy to explain how to find it, so you just have to follow the directions the best you can. Nice little store and pizzeria on site. Wonderful pool and right on the beach. Lots of seaweed, not sure if that's all the time or not. Close to supermarket, but you will need a car to explore island. Internet connection worked for most of our stay. Lawrence was always responsive. Parking was plentiful and complex was quiet

Great experience. Very good location. That was our non planned 2 days stay we came to visit from Anguilla. We knew the location and wanted to be where this place is and we got lucky it was available. Booked day before arrival, asked for early check in since our ferry was in am and place was ready and we had access around noon. Alexander the concierge was lightning fast on response regarding everything. We enjoyed our stay very much. I am Airbnb host myself in US and I am very picky about amenities, services and how clean the place is - everything was top notch! Thank you again , we definitely be back and recommend this place to anyone!

We had a great time staying at Valerie’s place. Everything was comfortable and clean. For three women it was a great set up. Beach chairs were provided which was a nice touch. The balcony was the best part of the place. It felt like we were staying at the best apartment on the beach. Literally next door to all the amazing restaurants on Orient Beach. We liked not having to drive at night to get an amazing meal. Value of the rental was also great - very much appreciated. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

La villa Almond Blue bénéficie d’une vue extraordinaire, sublime face à la baie. Vous apercevez Pinel et Saint Barth depuis la terrasse, installés dans un agréable salon extérieur couvert La maison, très agréable et simple à vivre, offre tout le nécessaire pour passer d’agréables moments de détentes.

Wat een prachtige plek, met een nog mooier uitzicht op het water en Pinel Island. Op deze plek kom je helemaal tot rust, de buitenruimte met genoeg zitplaatsen en het kleine zwembad is echt geweldig, meer heb je niet nodig. Binnen is de ruimte van alle gemakken voorzien, airco, plafondventilatoren, handige keuken, goede bedden en fijne badkamers. Als je een stukje richting de zee loopt kom je ezeltjes en wilde paarden tegen, werkelijk fantastisch! Ze houden erg van wortels. Verder heb je zeker een huurauto nodig om wat van het eiland te zien, boodschappen te doen of naar een restaurant gaan. Deze plek is echt een verborgen parel waar je je heerlijk thuis zult voelen. The stay was amazing. There was plenty to keep us entertained and rested within the listed property and villa. There was a nice pool (beware of the drop off after the last step…found out once I was unexpectedly under the water 🤣). The beach access had quite a bit of seaweed when we went due to the time of year but we could still use it for kayak access. The beach access at the villa is not the type of beach access you can swim at. But, no worries because there are plenty of beaches around. Melissa had amazing recommendations and was very prompt in her responses. If you get a rental vehicle on the island make sure you take DETAILED video and photos while the agent is present and can be seen in the video also. The island roads are crazy and you will want to make sure any damages on the vehicle are captured before you take responsibility for it. Overall the stay and host were top notch and I would have no problem staying here again. We loved it!!!!

Virginie was the best host and you are paradise. It is the perfect location and had so many restaurants that we walked tomorrow throughout our trip. I would highly recommend!!

Casa Victoire is one of the best rentals we have ever used for vacation- the pictures do not do it justice and Maly was an amazing host! If you are thinking about staying here just go ahead and click that button and you will not be disappointed. The pool was fabulous overlooking the bay and Pinel Island. Within a few minutes drive of Grand Case and Orient Bay- both with plenty of activities and food. Maly provided so much useful information before arrival and during our stay. The layout worked great for myself and 4 adult children- plenty of space for all. If you rent a car I highly recommend Nono car rental recommended by Maly- car will be waiting on you at the house and they will pick you up at the airport so you can get right to your vacation without worrying about driving as soon as you arrive Thank you Maly- we look forward to our next trip to St Martin!

Nous avons passé 10 jours d’un séjour idéal. Logement très bien situé dans une zone superbe , calme et pleine d’attraits avec la proximité de la baie orientale, la reserve naturelle, Grand Case, etc.. rapidement accessibles en voiture. Carole et Christophe sont des hôtes charmants, tres à l’écoute, ils nous ont aidé à prendre nos repères dans la zone et sont d’excellents conseils. Logement très agréable, fonctionnel, calme, en tout point conforme au descriptif. Parking devant la porte, appréciable quand on rayonne beaucoup comme nous. Nous recommandons vivement.

We had a wonderful stay! The space was absolutely beautiful—clean, stylish, and thoughtfully put together. They were very accommodating when we needed to adjust our guest count, which we really appreciated. Everything we could possibly need was provided, making our stay comfortable and stress-free. The co-host was super responsive and helpful any time we had a question. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Le logement proposé par Aurélien était propre et très confortable. Sa localisation permet de se rendre à pied aussi bien à la plage qu'au centre ville. Je le recommande vivement à tous ceux qui veulent faire une petite escapade sur Marigot.

We loved at our stay and would definitely book it again if we are back at St. Martin. Aurelie responded to all my questions within minutes. The apartment was very, very clean, beautifully decorated, the beds were comfortable, the view to the ocean from the balcony was a favorite. Having breakfast in the balcony while hearing the ocean created nice memories for us. The area seems very safe with nice restaurants within a short walk and even a small grocery store near by. We enjoyed the short two-minute walk to the beach. Nothing but great things to say about this place!

We spent an amazing ten days at the Turqouise Orient Beachfront studio. Beautiful view of the sea , great amenities, walk in distance to the restaurants from the beach or just a short drive. We enjoyed the privacy & tranquility of the place. We went to bed and woke up to the sound of the waves crashing into the shore, simply amazing!!! Our hostess Chantal & Christian they were both amazing!!! Eager to help and get us familiar with the surroundings! They have written instructions of what to do while visiting and came very handy. They make gracious hosts. They want you to feel welcome & comfortable The studio is a short 13 min drive to Marigot where you can get the boat to visit Anguilla and St. Barths. They are really worth visiting, we really enjoyed the trips. We’ll definitely come back !

Le logement de Camille correspond exactement aux photos, hôte très flexible avec un accueil très chaleureux. Nous avons adoré ce studio doté d’une magnifique vue, et notre seul regret est de ne avoir louer cet appartement plus tôt. Réservez les yeux fermés si vous souhaitez séjourner sur l’île tout en se sentant comme à la maison.

Super séjour pour nous. Le logement est propre et bien situé. La piscine et la plage privée à proximité sont un plus. Hôte très agréable et disponible à n’importe quel moment, il nous a aidé à faire monter nos bagages. Petit plus : étant avec un bébé, il nous a chercher un berceau. Je recommanderais à mon entourage et je reviendrai volontiers.

The walk to the apartment from the garage was not so nice. Specially when you have problems after a knee or hip surgery, and also need to carry your luggage down with you. At arrival we needed to wait until 14.00 hours to be able to drive the car inside as close to the apartment as possible. But at check out the car was not allowed inside. We checked out was early in de morning at 04.45 am at that our the car was not permitted to drive inside the premisses, so we needed to carry our luggage up to the garage ourselves. This experience was NOT nice. Apart from this the apartment was nice and very relaxing.

Superb location. Beautiful view of Orient Bay and Beach. The unit has all modern equipment. There are perhaps six or seven restaurants within a five-minute walk, one of which has a small bakery with delicious desserts. Also within that five-minute walk are two grocery stores. There is a balcony, while small, is adequate, and you can view the goings-on at the beach and the village restaurant area. We felt safe the entire time we were there. The only drawback for us 80 plus years old was the number of stairs. If you are elderly or have balance problems, we would not recommend it.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans l’appartement d’Emilie, sa proximité avec la Baie Orientale ainsi que la plage et la piscine de la résidence nous ont permis de pouvoir varier les plaisirs durant notre séjour, sans oublier qu’il est également très bien situer et proche de toute commodité (station service, aéroport, supermarché). Emilie est également une hôte très réactive et disponible. Je recommande à 100% son logement
