We had a wonderful holiday in this Villa. Super large, beautiful and equipped with every comfort. The pool was clean, the garden was nice green e the house is spacious enough. Nice clear communication and definitely worth the money

Frankly, a very beautiful experience, a top villa, total disconnection with a breathtaking setting. If you are looking for tranquility, calm and a peaceful environment between family, this is the place for you. Aymane's dad was more than available, making our stay very pleasant and enjoyable. Aymane was also very responsive and was able to respond to all our requests. The pool is essential in hot weather and we were able to enjoy it at any time. The field is simply magnificent, which allowed us to escape as a family. In any case, I recommend it 1000% and I will definitely come back.

It is a beautiful setting and you really have privacy and tranquillity. The house is well maintained and clean and also the pool is clean and large with a very nice outdoor kitchen (bbq). We really enjoyed our stay. There are also many fruit trees on the land that you can pick and eat fresh. With 20 minutes you can reach the marjanne or the Souk in Nador or the beach by car. Ismail is also a very nice host who is always available for any questions or help. Thank you Ismail and in shaa Allaah until the next time.

Beautiful Residence, Clean Pool Very clean apartment I recommend it.

My family and I have been able to enjoy a few days of relaxation in this accommodation. Ahmed's service was unbeatable, always attentive to what we needed and very kind. Due to the location, we had a lot of privacy and were able to enjoy everything the house offers, both the pool and playing ping pong or sunbathing in the hammock. The rooms and kitchen had everything you needed. It was a very good choice.

One of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve had! The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had a stunning view of the pool we could use whenever we wanted. It felt both luxurious and homey… it is perfect for a relaxing family getaway. The host was super communicative, helpful, and genuinely thoughtful and he even allowed us a late checkout at 2pm and blocked the calendar just for us. That kind of gesture really made the trip feel smooth and stress-free. The security team was also extremely friendly and helped us rent a car easily, which added so much convenience. The apartment had everything we needed, and the overall vibe was just peaceful and welcoming. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting Saidia. I would love to come back here again!

We had a great time staying at Sara's villa. This one, of very original architecture is well thought out, is composed of 4 independent pavilions, arranged around a magnificent swimming pool. The 1st building consists of a living room, kitchen, bedroom and 2 bathrooms. The 2nd and 3rd pavilions are each composed of one bedroom and one bathroom, for total privacy. Finally, the last one consists of a living room open to the garden and pool. We totally recommend this place for people looking for peace and security. Our host Sara, as well as the caretaker and his wife, were exemplary and always available to respond to our requests and make us feel at home. A big thank you to Sara who even installed air conditioners before our arrival. See you very soon…

This apartment has the most amazing location right in between 2 of the most beautiful beaches ⛱️ 2-3 min walk from the house, and is a nice quiet neighbourhood. You can find couple of decent restaurants near by (I would recommend going to PALMS). Mehdi (the host) was also an amazing host 👌🏼 very attentive and helpful. Also went as far as to show me a little secret spot at the beach and it was all great. Thanks Mehdi 😊

Great stay! Khalid was really great from start to finish. Very welcoming, always available to answer our questions or help us if needed, it's reassuring when you don't know the city, especially Nador where you need to be transported to really discover the place. The accommodation was faithful to the listing, clean, well located (you can take a taxi to get around in less than 1 minute) it was even better in real life. We felt comfortable right away, I recommend it without hesitation! Thanks again to Khalid for the little unplanned visit and also for this Moroccan hospitality that we rediscover every time :)
