Minimum stairs if you walk down to the canal. Take advantage of the local golf course which is minutes from the home. Enjoy the beautiful weather, shopping, and the local beaches (Navarre, Pensacola, and Destin) then come home to relax in your home away from home. We do not host parties or special events. Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located home. We are central to many, many Beaches. Pensacola beach is 12 minutes average from the airbnb, to our east is Navarre Beach, opal Beach, Fort Walton Beach, Destin Beach and many more depending on how far you wish to go. west of us is orange beach which is in Alabama approximately 30 minutes away but definitely worth the travel time. we are surrounded by beaches. Beach Heaven!!

Whether you’re visiting Pensacola for business or pleasure, thank you for your interest in our guest house. We’re located in the heart of East Hill, which is a very charming and established neighborhood. The area is peaceful and quiet, yet only about a 5-10 minute drive downtown Pensacola. We will do everything we can to make your stay great! The guest house is located directly off of our private carriageway behind the house.

The location is great between Navarre Beach and Pensacola Beach.
