Our visit to Ines and Miguel's house was wonderful. First of all, we would like to reiterate what was previously mentioned: the hosts are lovely! They are very caring, professional, and respectful towards the place and us as guests. Their deep love for the house is evident in the small details and in the overall hospitality experience. The way they greeted us significantly impacted our experience, making us feel more connected to the place. The house itself is full of character, featuring a beautiful and clever combination of design and objects. Every detail reflects the thoughtfulness and soul of the hosts, as well as the history of the house. We were a group of four adults and two children, and all of us had fun and fell in love with the place. We had a fantastic weekend at Estrela Serenity Resort. What I loved the most was the vast property and the stunning view of the villages below. The sauna, heated pool, and the restaurant with delicious local wine were also highlights. The room was excellent — the bed was very comfortable, and the linens were fresh and clean. There’s direct access to a hiking trail right from the hotel grounds — a great discovery for anyone who enjoys active vacations and trekking. The team was responsive to all our requests, and everything we needed was handled quickly. The hotel is dog-friendly. We stayed with our dog and were provided with bowls and a dog bed. Our pup enjoyed exploring the grounds and discovering different spots. As for the downsides — the mini-fridge in the room didn’t work very well, but it was such a minor issue compared to everything else that we didn’t even mention it. We will definitely be back at this place!

My stay at Susan‘s place was unique and unforgettable. Not only the location and the view are breathtaking but the vibe of the space and its very welcoming hosts are very special.. I strongly recommend staying here as a starting point to discover Serra da Estella and all the beautiful villages and river beaches around… The apartment and its equipped kitchen has all you would need. Swimming in the natural pool filled with source water feels like swimming in the river, with an incredible view on the mountains around… I spent a week here, mostly to work in a quiet environment and really loved it … Can’t wait to return again…

We were 4 people and a female dog, at work. The objective was to be isolated, in a pleasant space, almost like at home or in the office, but only ours! And that is exactly what we had, the natural division of the spaces ( 3 floors) allowed us to install a skiing in the lower room, with lots of natural light, the kitchen (no r/c) served as a leisure area for lunches and dinners and the 1st floor the rest area. It was so perfect, we'll repeat it. Pristine space conditions, good heating in all areas. The pellet salamander system heats up quite quickly. One of them was in error and did not work and in a call they gave the necessary tips, solved in minutes! The surrounding space is super pleasant. The check in and check out was as simple as in a hotel, literally! Nothing pointing! Thank Luis

The space was good, as described. The host always responded, but sometimes it took a while. There was no garbage can and we were instructed to put it in a bag (a bag that I happened to have but for other purposes and that I needed). Parking is not free as mentioned in the listing. I requested a toaster and it was placed in the space. Otherwise the space was clean but we found animal hair, but I know it's hard to get 100% clean with animals. The space was cozy and we certainly consider returning. We had several restaurants near the house and with good food.
