A lovely remodeled in-law suite in a 1920s Mission Styled home in College Park suited for 2 people with a separate entrance, private bath & a little kitchenette.The Suite looks out into a garden to offer a relaxing view. Even though you are in the Downtown area, the suite was designed to offer solitude. We are walking distance to many restaurants & only an easy 5 minute drive to downtown Orlando. When you're ready, retreat to our porch swing and watch the sunset reflect off the trees. We lived in this space for four years and left it just as we crafted it.

A large room with a comfortable queen-sized bed, a flat screen TV, two accent chairs, a kitchen corner, a/c, mini-fridge, microwave, WiFi, coffee maker and full bathroom. There is also access to a shared laundry space in the same building. Within walking distance to many bars and restaurants! A very friendly and safe neighborhood with self-check-in.
