Ramón and Montse are wonderful hosts, they welcome you and pamper you throughout the stay as if you were their son or grandson. The house is definitely small for a couple, especially for very long stays (we stayed a month), but it has everything you need both to live and to do remote working (the internet connection is super fast). Finally, the house is accessible from a shared outdoor patio full of plants of any kind and with some very curious cats that come to greet you every day. I definitely recommend the accommodation for those who want to fully experience the Los Silos area and surroundings, an area of pure relaxation and fantastic people.

They were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. Overall, everything was smooth and enjoyable. We had a wonderful time. The apartment is very comfortable and comfortable to live in. The kitchen is very well equipped. We really enjoyed the terrace with stunning ocean views, facing west with fabulous sunsets. Welcoming and communicating was easy and responsive.

The apartment itself is in an absolutely perfect location – quiet, but still central, with everything important nearby. A big praise also to the host: very friendly, helpful and always available. The first thing to emphasize the kindness of Nayra, the welcome that gives you nothing more to arrive, she is a lovely woman and even more so that they welcome you with a welcome pack that makes the person more special. I fell in love with the residential complex. It is an advantage that the apartment is close to the tennis court, mini golf, both children's and large pools, and a small lawn solarium. Many activities can be carried out both inside and outside the residential. No doubt the poris will always be my option for a relaxing vacation as this is a fairly quiet residential. In the apartment they will find everything necessary and highlight their cleanliness. I was delighted.

We thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The apartment is very nice with a great terrace with beautiful views of the bay of El Médano! We will be back!!

I stayed in this apartment for a week and was really satisfied. The location is great: a short walk to the sea, in a quiet area but convenient to everything. It was easy to get around by foot and finding parking was never a problem. A short distance away there is also a well-stocked supermarket, very convenient for everyday life. The residence is very clean, quiet and well cared for, as well as the apartment: impeccably clean, fragrant and equipped with every comfort. There was really everything you need, and even more – from the super-equipped kitchen to cleaning accessories, laundry, iron and iron, etc. A great point in favor was the availability of the host, super kind. He also made us find a very useful book with recommended itineraries, places to visit, beaches and restaurants in the area: a really appreciated gesture, and not obvious. Tip!

We chose the apartment for its area and view. The sunset from the balcony every evening is absolutely stunning. The apartment is small but has everything it needs, we didn’t miss anything. We stayed here for 2 weeks and felt like home :) The pool is very clean. Excellent location. There’s a shop right downstairs and many others in the area.

Our stay at Alejandro's went very well, he is an excellent friendly host who took care to offer us local cheese when we arrived and was particularly attentive during our stay.

Great location, very nice apartment, everything you need was there. Plenty of parking is available right in front of the house. Very clean, quiet, great pool, shopping, restaurants and cafes within walking distance.

we loved the place & the location

Lovely flat in a peaceful area right by the beach, comfortably furnished and well-equipped. There’s a scenic coastal trail just next to the flat that’s perfect for watching the sunrise. Although there was some construction nearby, it wasn’t disruptive at all. Laura was a wonderful host—very welcoming and checked in multiple times to see if I needed anything. The only minor drawback is that, being on the ground floor, the flat doesn’t get a lot of natural light. However, it’s not a big issue, especially if you keep the window open.

What a wonderful stay over 2 weeks for family and ski vacation :) Nuska is a hostess like from the picture book - always available, super helpful and accommodating. The home is exactly as shown in the pictures. Above all, very clean :) the location is perfect - close to the center and the beach. Supermarket right around the corner. The garage parking space is also great. The pool was not very busy, we usually had it to ourselves ;) Thanks also for the baby bed, the high chair, toys and Co. - so attentive :) We had a wonderful stay thanks to you in El Médano and can highly recommend the accommodation.
