The apartment is very cozy, it has all the basic services (hot and cold water, home gas, internet, cable TV, telephone). It is located a couple of blocks from El Prado, there is all kinds of transportation from the door. Two blocks away there is a supermarket, pharmacies, hospitals, banks, cinemas, shopping, etc. You can walk to downtown and/or Recoleta Boulevard.
