For guests staying 2 nights or more, you can also add the "Tsumugi Retreat Plan", which offers a total plan during your stay to feel the spirit of Oshima. The accommodation is a completely independent private space within the house. The entrance, kitchen, bathroom and toilet are also private, so you can maintain your privacy. 広島市内では現存の数少ない戦後間もなく､75年前に建てられた書院造りの純和風建築物です。大通りから一歩入り静かな環境で、小さいながら和風庭園もありゆっくりと寛げます。 1945年8月6日の広島原子爆弾投下による熱で一部溶けた壺や、約100年前の時代の写真など 舞ハウスにしか置いてない物もあります。 建具やｶﾞﾗｽは70年以上前の当時のもので､特に２つの庭や、床の間・書院など日本家屋の情緒が感じられます｡ 現在では、限られた職人に発注しなければ手に入れられない品々です。 5ある部屋は､３つが畳部屋で､就寝時も畳の上に布団を敷いてお休みください。 広島市の南区に位置しており市内電車一本で 最寄り駅電停①からは広島駅まで約20分 最寄り駅電停②からは平和記念公園､原爆ﾄﾞｰﾑ、中心地は20~30分程度で到着いたします｡ タクシーでは10分程度の移動となります。 近所に衣食住が揃う 大型ショッピングモール　ゆめタウン広島、コンビニエンスストア（セブンイレブン、ファミリーマート）飲食店（お好み焼き、ラーメン、寿司、焼肉、ワッフル、ベーカリーショップ等々）徒歩圏内にあります。
