Townhome holiday rentals in Osceola County

This house was perfect for our trip! We were 2 adult couples with children and it was more than enough space. It was very comfortable and perfect for winding down after park days! The amenities of the community are also top notch!

We stayed for 7 days at this lovely townhouse and had a fantastic time. The location was ideal—just a short drive from Disney and other major attractions. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet, which was great for relaxing after busy days out. The townhouse was clean, spacious, and well-equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals, and having a washer and dryer was super convenient. The Wi-Fi worked well, and the air conditioning kept the whole place cool and comfortable. The kids especially loved the community pool.

This was by far our favorite Airbnb stay and we’ve stayed at dozens over the years. The listing was 100% accurate, and the home was *immaculately* clean…truly one of the cleanest places we've ever stayed. Not a single bug or ant in sight, which has been an issue at other homes we've rented in Orlando so we really appreciated that. We stayed with an infant, and all of the baby amenities provided were perfect and incredibly helpful and made our trip so much easier. The heated pool and grill were amazing additions and made our stay even more enjoyable. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, and the hosts were incredibly responsive, answering any questions almost immediately. We’d absolutely stay here again the next time we’re in Orlando. Highly recommend!

This property lived up to the poctures. It was well equipped, clean, comfortable. We have stayed at a number of places in Orlando amd other cities. This one is in the top 2 or 3. We would stay again.

Nice location, right size for family vacation and kids enjoyed bunk beds a lot.. Very nearer to Disney parks, I would highly recommend and would consider again for my future Orlando vacation.

This was our second stay at Jon’s Villa and it did not disappoint! Best location in the resort! Very well equipped kitchen, spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Very nice house to stay and close to all amusement parks. I can really recommend this house especially with kids as a pool is also present.

Natalie was responsive to all my questions and concerns, communicative, detailed and pleasant to deal with. Townhome is exactly how it looked feel on pics. Clean, organized and loved layout & design of home. Great community space, pool which my kids loved, games, mini movie theatre and walkable. Close to highways and easy to get to. Will come back again!

THE BEST place to stay if you are planning a trip to Orlando. Close enough to everything you could possibly want to do and far away enough from the madness to just relax and chill out 😂. Disney and Universal are less than 20 min away from the Air BnB location. Another thing that is super cool about this location too is that just a 4 min walk away is Old Town - a gem of a place that has such a incredible ambience, has something literally for everyone in your family to do. Will 100% be the only place I stay at when I come to Orlando again in the future. Do not hesitate when booking this place!

had a great experience staying at this property. The space was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The check-in process was smooth, and the host was responsive and helpful throughout my stay. The location was convenient and felt safe, with easy access to local attractions and restaurants. I especially appreciated the cozy atmosphere and thoughtful touches around the house. Would definitely recommend this place to other travelers and would gladly stay again!

The place was awesome, it had all the amenities we needed, it was very cozy and the host is very responsive, loved it and would book it again!

We had a group of 7 people, and it fit us all in comfortably. It was nice and spacious and we felt right at home. Our stay was also well accommodated with plenty of towels, soap, trash bags, and etc to last us the week. Whenever we needed anything from Rodrigo he was really quick to respond, some times so quick I didn't he responded already, and he was very helpful. Overall this stay was amazing for us and we'd all stay again no questions asked.
