I just remodeled the 1450sq' house making it handicap accessible. The entry and all main floor doors are 36" in width. There is a ramp leading to the front deck for easier access. One bathroom has a 5' shower stall with grab rails. (A shower house is available on the property. ) There is a fenced horse corral and a gazebo with a fire pit and chairs. Within walking distance from the famous MaDeeter's bar and grill, the Luzerne Express and the Meadows Trailhead for Atv's, Dirt bikes, side by sides, snowmobiles, and just miles from Amish country, and the Ausable River. Pets are allowed for an additional $100 cleaning.
