The villa is located 15km away from the city of Osijek in the village of Čeminac. The property is isolated and secluded, ensuring you won't have nearby neighbors to create noise or disturb your peace. You can decide for yourselves and enjoy your relaxation however you prefer. The villa spans three floors and comprises 5 bedrooms, with 4 featuring double beds and one with 2 separate beds. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, TVs, and mosquito nets. The living room contains two sofas on which two more people can sleep. Additionally, this room includes a fireplace, Playstation 4, TV IP, a work computer, and a small kitchenette for your convenience. The main hunting-themed living room serves as a gathering and socializing space. Downstairs, you'll find a kitchen with seating for 24 people, an ice machine, coffee machine, refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, kettle, and toaster. In front of the villa, there's a pool (8x4m, 140cm deep) with a jacuzzi (for 5 people with speakers), and next to them is a lake where you can fish and swim. Behind it, there's a covered area where you can also relax, subject to arrangement with the owner. All of this is surrounded by an orchard of apples, apricots, cherries, plums, peaches, nectarines, pears, and strawberries. Alongside the orchard, we also cultivate our own vegetables. There's a gazebo where the owner Stipe spends his day when working in the orchard. With the owner's permission, you'll also be able to use it. Owner Stipe manages the entire property, so feel free to ask him anything you're curious about. We also have a cook who can prepare local specialties for you, and Stipe's wife Marina can bake cakes for you. You'll also have the chance to enjoy our homemade products made from our own fruits and vegetables. Among other offerings, we can also provide massages, yoga sessions, and workouts with a personal trainer.
