For Varingskollen Alpinsenter it is 20 minutes by train the other way. Nordmarka's hiking trails and bike paths start at your doorstep. The host is living close by and is available. The house has a 20 sqm base, but is efficiently utilized with loft, large ceiling height and good window surfaces. The terrace is south facing and sunny.

The cabin is located at Hellvik on Nesodden and has a view of the Oslofjord and Oslo city. Lovely beaches in slipper distance where both morning and evening baths can be conducted. Hellvikalleen is part of the coastal path, ideal for walking or running At the end of Hellvikalleen is Hellviktangen, perhaps Nesodden's finest beach, Hellviktangen Kunstkafe hosts concerts throughout the summer and offers outdoor dining of food and drinks. Short distance to Tusenfryd, Drøbak and the shopping paradise of Oslo.

The house was completed in 2020, built of wood, and has a huge garden right by the seaside. Brønnøya is 30 min from Oslo by bus, there is also a cozy ferry from Sandvika and out to Østre-Brygge which is 150 meters from the house. Parking space on Nesøya is included. Very good rooms inside and outside, with nice view out to the sea. The house is located on a car-free island, where it is possible to go for long undisturbed trips. If desired, it can accompany a safe and good boat, at a pleasant price.

Cozy little cabin near the sea

This is a small red-painted cottage in a cozy garden with various fruit trees, amounts of jasmine shrubs, lilacs and summer flowers. The place is great for a small family with one or two children, or for a couple or single who want a quiet holiday by the sea, but with a short distance to Oslo. It is only about 150 meters to the sea in Ursvikbukta. You can swim from the pier in Ursvikbukta or from child-friendly beach in about 10 - 15 minutes walking distance at both Hellviktangen and Hellvikstrand.

If you work in Asker, Bærum or Oslo, it is a nice opportunity to commute to work from the cabin. It is about 15 minutes to walk to the cabin from the cable ferry from Nesøya. In winter there is a floating bridge over the strait.

Water comes from private water tank (you have only 1000 liter of water) and electricity is from solar-panel. Maximum 5 kWh and maximum power is 1500 watt.
