It has a great view of Bursa with its large, spacious and beautifully decorated terrace. It is 2-3 kilometers away from all the tourist locations in the city. It is within walking distance to the market, shopping mall, ATM, cafes, pharmacies, hospitals and famous bazaars. Minibuses, buses and all other public transport pass in front of the house.
