Bicycles are available to borrow. AC, WiFi, Kitchenette with stove. Tea/coffee maker, microwave, fridge, grill. Small bathroom with shower, toilet. Bed linens/towels are included, can also be rented for SEK 50 (5 euros) per person. Payable on arrival. Final cleaning before departure by the tenant. Final cleaning can also be performed by the host, by agreement, SEK 100 (9 euros) No pets, no smoking indoors.

Refrigerator, coffee maker, electric kettle and microwave and kitchenware. Hot plate and grill outdoors. Running water is available in the shower area. You need to bring your own linens and towels.

One bedroom with a luxury bed for two and one room with a very comfortable foldable bed sofa for two and a kitchen area. Wood stove sauna, bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. The host lives in a house about 50 meters further away from the beach. The kitchen is for simple cooking, the use of a frying pan is not allowed, but charcoal barbecue is available.

Det är en stuga på landet med lugnt läge ca 10 min från E4:an söder om Mantorp. Huset är på ca 50m2. Ett sovrum med dubbelsäng, vardagsrum med bäddsoffa och öppen spis. Vardagsrummet är öppet upp till nock. Över sovrummet finns ett loft med två madrasser som kan användas som extrabäddar. Köket är fullt utrustat samt med diskmaskin. På tomten finns också en friggebod med en våningssäng. Stor lummig trädgård med uteplats och grill. Priset gäller för 4 bäddar. Extra sovplats 150sek/bädd.

Att få bli ett med naturen i en magisk omgivning är något speciellt. Här kan ni slappna av och bara njuta! Till byggnaden hör även en terrass med bord & stolar. Byggnad uppfördes 2023 där byggmaterial är närproducerat, möbler & elektronik är återbrukade för att få ett så litet klimatavtryck som möjligt. Cyklar finns att låna, det är bara ca 10 min till Västervik Resort och ca 15 minuter till centrum. OBS! Huset har byggts ut 2025 för att få till ett ordentligt sovrum.
