It is a cottage in the countryside with a quiet location about 10 minutes from the E4 south of Mantorp. The house is about 50 m2. One bedroom with double bed, living room with sofa bed and fireplace. The living room is open up to the ridge. Above the bedroom is a loft with two mattresses that can be used as extra beds. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a dishwasher. On the property, there is also a garden shed with a bunk bed. Large lush garden with patio and barbecue grill. The price is for 4 beds. Extra bed SEK 150/bed.

The Lakehouse

Being able to become one with nature in a magical environment is something special. Here you can relax and just enjoy! The building also has a terrace with table & chairs. The building was built in 2023 where building materials are locally produced, furniture & electronics are recycled to get as small a climate footprint as possible. Private shower, toilet is in a separate building 20 meters from the cottage. The cottage is equipped with the essentials for short stays. Refrigerator, coffee maker, electric kettle and microwave and kitchenware. Hot plate and grill outdoors. Running water is available in the shower area. You need to bring your own linens and towels.

With walking paths, cafés and restaurants, it is a place that has something for everyone. The shallow, clean water is protected in a bay that is perfect for surfing and kayaking. Close to paddle tennis courts, tennis courts, mini golf. No pets allowed. Sheets/towels are not included, but can be rented for SEK 100/person. Events/parties are not allowed. Hookahs/smoking are not allowed!

Gammelgården is located 5 km north of Finspång. The cottage is newly built in the old style with moon windows, crystal chandelier and luxurious bed linens. Lake view and dock down to Bysjön, we have a small rowing boat for guests. Borrow bicycles for wonderful bike rides and borrow golf clubs, Finspång has a 27-hole course with pay and play. We (Ingrid and Bill and the cats Tussilago and Pantufa) live on the farm in an old house from the 1750s with separate entrance and parking.

Modern guest house

Take a break and wind down in this cosy newly built guest house. You'll find everything you need for a comfortable stay - a bathroom with a shower, and a small kitchen including an oven, hob, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. You can park your car right next to the guest house. A few minutes walk takes you to the nature reserve with hiking routes and a small lake. 15 minutes by car from Norrköping, close to the main road. Unfortunately we can't accept dogs due to a dog allergy.

Welcome to beautiful Västervik! The house of 30 sqm contains a fully equipped kitchen, a full bathroom with shower, Bedroom with 2 beds and sleeping loft for 2 people. Pillows, duvets, bed linen and towels are included in the price. Guests make their own beds. Of course, there is a TV, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth speakers. It's only about 10 minutes to Västervik Resort and about 15 minutes to the city center. Note: The house has been expanded in 2025 to get to a proper bedroom.
