The WODA house, from which, immediately after opening your eyes, guests will see an unforgettable view of the lake and meadow. It is normally designed for 9 people, but for larger groups, using the attic, it can accommodate an additional 5 people. On the ground floor there is a living room with a fireplace and direct access to the terrace, toilet, bathroom and open kitchen. Upstairs there are three double rooms with double beds, one room with a double bed and one single bed and a bathroom.

The property offers two independent, fully equipped apartments with an area of 47 m² each, providing comfortable conditions for up to 6 people. Thanks to the functional solution of the living room with two fold-out sofas, each apartment can accommodate up to six people – it is an ideal solution for both families and groups of friends. If available, you can rent the entire house with two apartments.

The villa offers a private terrace with a barbecue area and its own hot tub (available in the season between April and October), 4 bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen with standard equipment, as well as two bathrooms. The loft house is finished to a high standard and is prepared for a maximum of 6 people, but to feel comfortable and spacious we recommend it for groups of 4 people. We also provide a barbecue and banquet area, a private jetty, boats, kayaks and bicycles at the price of accommodation.
