Great house with nice decor and a completely functional kitchen. Beds were very comfortable. Multiple sitting areas to read or play games. The backyard game room and pool are awesome. Great house.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo. Everything was thought of to make us feel at home, and the location was perfect. We were close to town, but at the same time felt like a true mountain get away. The grandkids loved being able to walk across the street to the pool. The pictures did not do it justice. Amazing taste in how gorgeously it has been decorated.

My family and I first time at ruidoso and we loved it! Would definitely be back and get this place again!:)

We had an amazing stay at this home! There were 7 total of us and we had a blast playing in the pool each day and cooking meals in the kitchen! We would definitely stay here again! Also, Victor was very communicative and helped us right away with any questions! Thank you for letting us stay at your home! We definitely would be back!

Stayed here for a work trip. James was very accomodating and his home was inviting and relaxing.

The place is amazing; just few details. One on them the poker table is loose and can cause an accident; and cleaning was good overall just some spider webs by the lights. Aside from that the place is amazing; the amenities are top notch and the view uffff breathtaking!

The house was cozy and spacious. Location was great and the surroundings made for a nice view. We didn't get a chance to utilize any of the amenities provided on the property but it seems like there's plenty to do. We also enjoyed the board and card games provided. We would stay here again!

Gabriel’s place was perfect for what we needed! It’s located close to grocery stores and only a few minutes drive from all the shops and restaurants. But also far enough from the main road that you don’t hear traffic or too much noise. The place was spacious with plenty of seating and gathering areas. The backyard alone will keep this place on my list for an extended stay - with ample seating, corn hole, a pool table just off the patio area, bbq amenities. It’s definitely worth booking again!

Debra’s place was a clean, quiet environment. She was a great host who when we asked if they had a fan for “white noise” to sleep with, they ran one right over to us. Meeting them in person was nice and they were so friendly and great communicators. The game room upstairs was so fun! If you need a big place to stay this house has lots of room! She was also so thoughtful in leaving little things we might have forgotten to pack, like a toothbrush, toothpaste, laundry soap, etc and had a fully stocked kitchen to cook in. This place has everything you need.

We had a great stay at John’s place. The rooms were comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook breakfasts for our families. We enjoyed sitting on the back patio with coffee, it was a very peaceful space!

Could give this place 6 stars if they let me. Lovely older adobe home, well cared for, two gated yards for your dogs, well stocked kitchen, great mattresses. Cute back yard to sit in. Cute front porch to sit on. Loved our stay and we will be back!!!!

Toni’s place is beyond the pictures and descriptions! The master bathroom extra big rain shower was a big plus and nice surprise, I do not remember seeing that listed. AMAZING! The selection of games, popcorn maker and peaceful back porch/patio set this home apart. So many thoughtful extras as well, huge selection of coffee pods and quick breakfast bars were appreciated. Toothpaste, soaps and lotions. Just top notch. A+++++ If we are back in the area I would arrange my trip to stay at the Hideaway!

What an amazing find! Such a perfect cabin in a location that can't be beat. I could walk to everything I needed, including such a variety of mountain trails that I took a different hike every day for a week and still couldn't get to them all. Shawna and Bill are some of the best hosts I've ever stayed with, including checking in mid-stay to see if I was running out of anything, and giving me tips for a safe route home when a snowstorm blew in on the last day. This was, in every way, a perfect stay.

The Hummingbird Hideaway cabin is beautiful and an excellent place to just unwind and enjoy nature. The pics do not do this place justice. The beds are comfortable and there is plenty of hot water for showers, washing dishes, ect. I enjoyed watching the hummingbirds and the deer that were in the area, the smell of the trees, and the clear dark skies at night being able to see the stars. Shantel is an EXCELLENT host. She communicates very well and is very responsive. I highly recommend booking with Shantel and staying at the Hummingbird Hideaway cabin in Timberon New Mexico.

We really enjoyed this place. The views were great, the traffic was non existent, the cabin felt like a home, and the host was amazing. Can’t wait to go back!

As cozy as advertised, Lauren’s place is a glorious spot to nest and relax among the many birds, chipmunks and deer. Quiet, green and under a beautiful starry sky, we didn’t want to leave. Thoroughly recommended to anyone wanting a break in Cloudcroft - prepare to unwind!

Family and I loved the house. Will be booking again in the future.

Everything about the stay was perfect. The house was beautiful and clean. Felt real cozy. Hosts reached out and even let us get an earlier check in! The area is in is amazing and quiet. The views are gorgeous. Got to see plenty of wildlife. Stargazing was great being away from all the light pollution of the city. Seriously cannot wait to come back.

Had a great time and Rick was very helpful with the check-in process. It was our first time to visit this part of NM and will definitely be back! The house is beautiful and private!

Their house is absolutely perfect, from the beautiful surroundings, front and back porches, privacy, and all the wildlife. It feels very safe and secure. I appreciated that the kitchen had all you need and nothing you don’t. The furnishings and decor are top of the line and not typical of a vacation rental. The weather is perfect and the town is quaint. Everyone was so kind and helpful. Lucinda provided an ice chest we could use on day trips and I appreciated that so much. The checkout checklist is very short and not as time consuming as I have seen some others. I hope we get a chance to return soon. Truly I was not ready to leave.

Hosts were very flexible and communicated quickly and often. Great house and property. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a space in the area
