We stayed for 2 nights in the house and we were very comfortable. We hardly spent any time at the house because we went out for a walk and to get to know Bacalar, but the truth is, it's great, beautiful and has everything you need. Thank you very much

We really enjoyed the location of the Villa, very quiet and you feel like you are in the middle of the jungle. It was also very nice to have a gym and pool to have a quick early work out and swim before the day starts. I also really enjoyed the beach club where we had a free entrance of only 5mins away.

The place is beautiful, the house is in the middle of nature but complete with the amenities as described. Julia was wonderful, always available for anything we needed, and even present when there were problems with the house. We really enjoyed the kayaks available and also the paddleboarding, the volleyball/badmington court, the private beach, and all the very friendly staff. I definitely recommend this house for a beautiful vacation.

The house is very nice, it has everything you need. The lagoon is spectacular, there are kayaks and lots of peace. The staff attention is excellent. I highly recommend them to hire the food service since the house is 30 minutes from Bacalar centro and there are no restaurants nearby. It is also important to wear repellent.

A dream holiday home! What a view to wake up to. And the space is wild, so many birds (they’ll wake you up!), and we saw a fox, monkeys, many butterflies and more. The lake is gorgeous, we took the kayaks and paddle boards and it was a great experience. The stars at night are so beautiful - make sure to check out the rooftop! We used the kitchen and all essentials were there, it’s well equipped. Everything is as described, just note that the fourth bedroom is really really small (we didn’t use it).

This was a great place with a great host! We felt welcomed and very in tune with Mexico as a whole. Would recommend to any adventurous travelers.

let me tell you we felt like movie stars in this place. the house was beyond beautiful , it was 8 of we split up into two and each couple had there own space with their own bathrooms & there was still a lot of space unused ,it was private ,secure ,with beautiful lagoon in the back yard beyond our expectations. Bartolo the house manager was extremely helpful, kind and received us with a smile he was there for whatever we needed , then there is Mirna she is in charge of cleaning the house she kept the house clean everyday and always showed up with a smile she was extremely helpful ,having a clean space everyday made the house enjoyable even more than it already was . They got us in contact with a private chef and his crew they were amazing food was great and worth the price . We accidentally left a wallet behind and between Bartolo Diego and Pedro they got it back to me Al the way to Tulum with everything in it can’t be more thankful for the best experience of our life .

Super clean and with spectacular views. I would only recommend a community kitchen area in case you want to prepare your own food. Everything else was excellent!!

We had a great time, the place is better than the pictures. I loved amenities like coffee. There's good internet and the pool is wonderful. Maybe just the mattresses on the beds because they're spring mattresses, they're a little noisy. But I will most certainly return.

A place with Tranquility immersed in the jungle while still having all the comforts for a pleasant stay!!!....

We have lived my wife and my little son of 1 year 8 months a pleasant instance that gave us the opportunity to meet some wonderful people who are Pablo and his family. They have been the best hosts we have had of all the trips and stays we have had for this platform. They have a fantastic place that you can tell that they have been building it with a lot of love. Thank you for all your attentions, thank you for sharing your beautiful space in Mahahual.

This is a great space for a group. We enjoyed using the kitchen and common areas for meals. The bedrooms are quite different though, so I would imagine individual room rental and then use of the shared space would be different. The beaches are amazing and you will likely see few people around. The only downside is the garbage coming from the ocean. The caretakers clean up the area immediately near the house, but the land for sale nearby isn't taken care of, so during a walk on the beach in either direction you'll see lots of trash. The owners can't do anything to resolve this, but it is a factor that we didn't consider.

It's always very nice to stay at Katy's place, she's a great host and the place is very nice, clean, quiet to rest very comfortably. We will not hesitate to return.

We loved it. The pool is delicious and the house is very spacious. The only thing was that we stopped having WiFi from the second day and that complicated things a bit. Everything else is excellent.
