It was a perfect place for 2. The home was beautiful inside and out. The property was well maintained and attractive. The setting was stunning. Having kayaks available was a bonus. Inside, nothing was missed. Communication was clear and simple; they offered good suggestions on restaurants and places to visit. Would definitely return!

The location and surroundings were beautiful, and the place was pristine and very comfortable. Melinda was super-flexible and accommodated our late arrival.

Eileen’s directions to get in could not have been easier. The place was spacious, quiet , and the bed was very comfortable. The kitchen had everything you would need to cook with and that we did! We came as a last minute trip. The deck out back was great. and use of the grill was a plus, the honor store out back was perfect for our cooking needs. Had some pastries from the cafe on Saturday morning and were delicious. It also was so wonderful to see so many in the community meet there on Saturday mornings, such a wonderful meeting space you have created in a world with anxiety filling news the laughter coming up reassured me there are still strong communities filled with people that care for one another.

Bernhard is a fantastic host who welcomed us warmly. The house is located next to a beautiful lake, and the two-bedroom setup is excellent. Both bedrooms are equipped with a TV, and we had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. The kitchen features a Keurig coffee machine and coffee capsules, making it convenient for coffee lovers. If you're looking for a place to stay in Cooperstown for a couple of days, this is the perfect spot.

David and Merry were some of the kindest and most generous hosts we’ve ever met. They went out of their way to make our stay perfect, even choosing not to rent out the other part of the house during our visit to give us more privacy. They welcomed us warmly, shared great local tips, helped us book a restaurant and even sent us a bottle of wine there. The house was beautiful, super comfortable, and had everything we needed. We felt truly cared for and would absolutely love to come back!

We had a great stay! I loved the rental. Randy is very friendly and kind. There are so many thoughtful touches in this lovely apartment which is decorated and stocked with comfort and convenience in mind. The apartment is a short stroll to Dehli's Main Street which is home to several great places to eat. Every local person we encountered was just like Randy - helpful and kind. It is a very special village.

The home and access to the lake were perfect. We were there on a rainy chilly weekend but still managed to eat some soggy meals outside and kids swam. A suggestion could be for an umbrella over the table-if it was strong sun or rain (as in our case) the guests can still take advantage of the outdoors and enjoy meals outside. The home was beautiful and clean. Had a great time!

We loved our stay at the modern cabin. The house is clean, comfortable and well supplied. The location right in the trees overlooking the creek couldn't be more peaceful. The fire kept us cozy on some very cold winter nights, and the sauna was an extra perk for some relaxation. Was only 20ish minutes from Hunter mountain, and Woodstock in the other direction. Found many great restaurants in the area and would love to return in a less snowy season to do some hiking around there. Marc was looking out for us even before we arrived and called to let us know that recent storms had left the road a little icy. We had no problem getting there with all-wheel drive, and found the driveway plowed & sanded.

Beautiful home for a super affordable price, short drive into town and under an hour drive to cooperstown. Veronica was a great host answered any questions promptly and check in was super easy. 10/10 stay, favorite part was the patio out back.

Fell in love with this lake house. It was a surprise for our mom for Mother’s Day. She loved her vacation as we all did. It’s a perfect retreat on the water with beautiful sunsets and lots of wildlife to watch and the sounds of nature were so lovely. A real gem this place is so much so we reserved an extra night. None of us wanted to leave and we all look forward to returning again soon. The home and all amenities were perfect as was the host . Thank you.

Betty is such a fun and gracious host! Our place was pristine clean with a very well stocked kitchen-- plenty of utensils and nice little touches to mage itc warm and cozy. The river attracts lots of wildlife. Go to Northvill le for anything you might want or need. JF Farms has a great country store with a bakery next door!

this place was terrific. The main living area is terrific, huge, well done, and lots of room to spread out. Great location, great dock, great restaurants nearby. Everything you could possibly need in the house was there. Christine was responsive and welcoming. Parking is a little bit of a challenge, but doable. I would definitely stay there again.

Perfectly set up and spotless. The unit is supplied with everything you could possibly need. By far the best organized, supplied and clean Airbnb we have ever stayed in.

5 stars, 5 stars, 5 stars!! I would just like to say I’ve stayed in many Air B&Bs before, and this one is by far one of my favorites. The hosts are absolutely amazing. They are proactive in responding and really want you be be comfortable and making sure you have no issues. The price was 100% worth it. I love that they included board games as a part of the space, such a nice touch. The bathrooms and bedrooms were also so clean, and we enjoyed our stay. You can really tell the hosts put a lot of love and care into this place. I can’t say enough good things about them!

Gerry’s place was a great, quiet stay for us. Close by to Kaaterskill and many other Catskill mountain attractions. Gerry was great at communicating and went out of his way to be helpful with our checkout procedures. I would definitely stay here again!

Perfect place for skiers. Cozy and very clean. Very close to the Hunter mountain. Karoline helped me with places to eat and was very attentive. 100% satisfaction. I will definitely be back!
