Karen is peaceful, friendly, and helpful! Her property was perfect for a few days stay to rest and recuperate, regroup while traveling with children. Her home and garden are lovely, town has a lot to do and explore. Beautiful surroundings, and Karen has great recommendations. She is a star! So hospitable and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

A beautiful private little are to enjoy a modern feel in a rustic area. We truly enjoyed our stay and very clean, Nadia was great with being proactive with any potential issues l, great recommendations and a super easy check in, would stay again for sure.

Home was clean and well supplied. Home is newly remodeled and in quiet neighborhood. Host is responsive communicator.

Highly recommended. Even nicer than the photos. Very comfortable and spacious apartment—with lots of nice personal touches, including linen bedding, bath robes, numerous books and candles. Loved the short walk to the Clinton Village. I will really miss Utica coffee:). We were in town to attend our son’s graduation from Colgate University and the drive to/from was easy. Although close to Utica, the town and apartment has a very nice rural vibe. Our hosts were proactive and responsive! Thanks so much for giving us the icing on the cake to the adventure.

We had a great stay the apartment was very quaint and clean comfortable and romantic. The climb up the stairs without a bannister was a challenge, but other than that, it was great! especially the view of the mountains from the dining area!

Stayed here for my 25th reunion at Colgate and booking here was my best decision. Extremely comfortable, perfectly decorated, and a nice quiet area. Also close enough to campus that Colgate vans could pick us up and drop us off. Most important for me was having a full kitchen to prepare my meals. But there was so much to love like the adorable outdoor seating area. The host was also phenomenal, responsive and helpful but gave us our space too. Id definitely choose this place for my next visit. Feel so lucky we found it.

It was a perfect place for 2. The home was beautiful inside and out. The property was well maintained and attractive. The setting was stunning. Having kayaks available was a bonus. Inside, nothing was missed. Communication was clear and simple; they offered good suggestions on restaurants and places to visit. Would definitely return!

I stayed in the 2-bedroom apartment during my 20-year Colgate Reunion and had a very peaceful, relaxing stay. I was very comfortable in the apartment and had everything I needed. I loved the view from the bedroom window and enjoyed walking around outside to see the beautiful gardens, pond, orchard, and windmills. I really appreciated little details like bottled water and the welcome message John wrote on the whiteboard. Thank you so much!

This place is all about relaxation and quiet. The two horses B and Lee are both very nice and friendly! We really enjoyed feeding them apples!! Daryl is really great and is around if you’re in need of anything!! Looking forward to a return next summer!!

Charming older home. Upstairs floor, some stairs to negotiate. Quiet walkable neighborhood,enjoying the architecture of the area. Close to restaurants and fast food. Host Sarah is professional and friendly. Our stay included Bella, our 11 pounds dog that was welcomed to Sarah’s place. We recommend this apt. if your plans take you to Oneida. Scott,Karen, &🐾.

This is the third time I have stayed at Jen and Caroline's place. It is a great location in both the summer and winter. There is lots to explore in the summer with farmers markets, cute towns, and breweries. In the winter you are within 40 min. of four great ski areas. I highly recommend this listing.

Definitely a space with great level of thoughts and details makes you feel comfortable and relaxed. Surrounded by the nature, you can immerse yourself in the beautiful mountain view and bird chirps, very peaceful and tranquil. We saw deers walking by, rabbit hiding in bush from raining, and a little chipmunk busy around the house all the time. Thanks Katey for sharing her beautiful home and being a great host, super responsive and provides lots of useful information. We had an amazing time!

Liz was super nice and the place was so cute. I was there to explore a few little towns in the Hudson valley/Catskill region on different days for a week and it was a perfect central location. The hot tub was awesome. Would go back!

Daniel is an incredible host and the space far exceeded any expectations. I loved the attention to detail, the cleanliness, and the bathroom was next level. Right at the base of belleayre mountain which is great for anyone looking to ski. Would definitely recommend.

Theresa was an amazing host, she clearly communicated with us along the way, and made sure we had our privacy & provided the upmost comfort. Her space was well kept and full of considerate touches to facilitate a relaxing stay, the subtleties go a long way. We enjoyed the hot tub in the snow, shared a few stories of skiing adventures & loved the friendly visits from Ben. The views were picturesque to boot, we definitely plan to come stay in other seasons.

We had a great stay! This was the perfect spot for us, as we were attending a wedding nearby. Everything was as expected from the listing and it was easy to find and easy to get inside. My wife was obsessed with how comfy the bed was, too! All around a great experience and we'd stay here again.

Perfect Snowboarding Getaway! I rented this lovely home for a weekend snowboarding trip, and I couldn't be happier with my choice. The location is incredibly convenient, just a short drive from Belleayre, making it easy to hit the slopes. The home was exactly as described—cozy and comfortable, providing the perfect retreat after a day of snowboarding. Carol was a fantastic host; she was very responsive to any inquiries, and the check-in process was seamless. I had no issues during my stay and can't think of any complaints. I highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a great place to stay while enjoying winter sports. Will definitely be back!

Rented for Grad weekend- walking distance to town, dinner at Toscana and my son’s house. Clean, Cozy, Convenient- perfect stay!

Perfect cozy cabin for a ski weekend! It was exactly as pictured and in such a beautiful location. We loved the hot tub and spacious kitchen! It is right next to Hunter Mountain and only a 20-minute drive to Windham. Dream Away was a wonderful host—very responsive, helpful, and kind.
