Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Otter Rock

Greatest host and house I could have hoped for, especially considering how last minute it was. They went above and beyond to make the stay as wonderful as possible, and easy for all of us. Extremely polite, and proactive. This place feels more like a home than a rental, and it’s easy to feel like you’re staying with family (that you like)! It’s beautiful inside and out. So much to do in the house, you might not actually leave, and they have everything you need and more available. Easily my first choice next time I’m looking to go back. 100/10 stars. Do yourself the favor of staying here.

The house was in a location that was private and easy to get to town for groceries. Views from the house to the ocean were fantastic. The house itself has a lot of stairs which can be a problem for those with ambulatory challenges. Waldport is a quiet town and less touristy, which we appreciated. We loved our 8 day stay there. We also appreciated Jon's flexibility in allowing us to reschedule at the last minute due to a family situation that arose.

The layout of the home for our family of four was perfect. We loved the kitchen and the outdoor grill. Location is perfect base for going to Newport. Waldport. Yachats, cape perpetua and hikes, heceta light house, Florence and Reedsport Overall comfortable bedding. Master bed mattress too soft for me, but some may prefer that. Only downside regarding privacy is that there are other homes close by /can prob see in your windows It truly is a “ stones throw “ from Beach /ocean

Such a fun stay in a cute neighborhood. We will definitely be back for more coast trips.

A true relaxing get away. Views from nearly every room. the sound of the ocean to lull you to sleep. Even the hot tub had a view (and was clean and comfy). Beach access is just steps away. Stunning Oregon coastline. This is a loved home (away from home) and it felt welcoming. Thank you for sharing your home with us

Since my wife passed in 2023 from Cancer, my Daughter and I have doing Holidays different. She found this House , read everything about it and told me this was where she wanted to stay for the night. Excellent choice as very clean very private and relaxing with an awesome view. We will be staying here again :) ( the only issue I had was the 30 minutes it took for me to figure out the Ninja coffee maker, but after I googled it, all was good) thanks so much for you beautiful hospitality and the use of your house.

The Sea View House was perfect for our small group. We were looking for a serene home near the coast that fit our budget and left us wanting for nothing. We found that in Nikki's place. She was great about addressing anything we needed promptly. The fact they were dog-friendly was important to us, and the living room and bedroom setups were spacious so that there was plenty of space for the dog beds and kennels on the floors. The neighbors were friendly and the walk down to the beach was so easy and close we went several times a day. The water spigot out front made it easy to rinse sand off each time we returned. Our friend who slept on the softa bed said it was comfortable and he got lots of much needed sleep. The other beds were also comfortable as well. We also appreciated the blinds in each room and all the little extras, like the bath salts and toiletries. Love to come back!

We had a fantastic stay! The space was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. We loved being right on the beach and the neighborhood was quiet so we could sleep in and enjoy ourselves!

Debbe's house was amazing. the beds were very comfortable. everyone had a television in their own room. she had absolutely everything you'd need. would highly recommend.

This is our third year staying at Dan’s place. It’s very private, cozy, and we love the location. Place is clean and has everything anyone would need. You can sit on the deck and watch the whales. Beach is within a few mins walk. Great place to stay with family. We will be back again :)

12/10 for Brandon & Rain OR Shine! It has quickly become our go-to home away from home on the Oregon coast. The location is terrific and we can always count on Brandon to be the host with the most. We can’t wait to book again!

Comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen, great hosts, very responsive but not at all intrusive. Perfect space for children to play in the backyard sand without having to go to the beach (the backyard practically is the beach). We had two families. And because most of the children were girls it was perfect to have all the girls downstairs and the few boys chose to sleep on the porch on cots instead of in the living room. Highly recommend. I hope we can go back!

We ended up with six guests sharing this space, and nobody felt crowded or cramped. This is our 3rd year in Nye Beach, and definitely the best accommodations yet for spaciousness and convenience to the relaxed area. We cooked-in and dined-out, and the kitchen/dining area was so well appointed for our four night stay. You'll find the best food options just steps or minutes away, and don't miss the Italian place right below. Beds were extremely comfortable, furniture was generous, appliances were top notch, and whether relaxing or working, we felt right at home. Really cool idea with the hoodie "Borrow or Buy"offering. Perfect for June weather on the Oregon Coast. I was really surprised how quiet this town got at night, and I never heard a sound from any other tenants or from the restaurants downstairs. We come down down for the Marathon, so a quiet place to chill before and after, is well received. Glad we found Carole's Loft. Hope to spend more time real soon. Keith's a wonderful host!

What a treasure this place is! Great view, great access to the beach, totally modern yet comfortable. The property management was very helpful!

Enjoyed every second of our stay!! Caught a beautiful sunset from the balcony and woke up early to start the morning with a cup of coffee overlooking the bay. Wish luck allowed us to see a whale, but we did see a baby sea pup! Would definitely stay again

There is nothing I can say that can adequately describe how incredible Tim's place is. The home itself is amazing with really nice details like the outdoor shower, the bathrobes, the stone in the indoor shower, the hot tub in the backyard...I could go on and on. And then there's the view! Amazing. I could sit on the couch and watch the waves for hours and not get bored. Plus, there's a staircase for easy access down to the beach. He also lets guests borrow surfboards, boogie boards, wetsuits, and other beach equipment. We didn't have time to use any of them, but definitely wanted to. This is one of my all-time favorite Airbnb rentals. I would absolutely stay here again in a heartbeat. Plus, Tim was super friendly. He gave us great local recommendations and advice. We had a wonderful stay and wish we could have spent another night here.

We had a fantastic stay! The home was bigger than the pictures showed. It was so cozy and every detail was accounted for. The hosts were incredibly responsive and had such wonderful recommendations & clear communication. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay & didn’t want to leave. Perfect for one night's rest for myself and my little dog. I arrived late and needed to quickly find a place for the night after a long day of driving. I was able to rest up and shower for less expenses than a hotel so that was great! Thanks!

What we loved about this unit was the LOCATION! The view of the bay & the ambiance of the barking sea lions was awesome! All 4 of our kids loved the loft area for their sleeping and playing domain yet they were close enough to us and the rest of the excitement. Mary Ann and Rafiq were very responsive and accommodating. Photos are slightly different as they've actually added some furniture. This is 1 unit of the duplex. The decking area is actually partitioned off with a retractable screen on the upper deck and wood fencing at the lower level. Overall - we have already talked about wanting to revisit! [The listing description describes "high speed internet" but this was our only drawback -the internet didn't seem to be too reliable. Wasn't too big of a deal this time as it made it a "true" vacation, we just handled work business when we were in town with better service. Next time we'll have to bring our Starlink with us just in case.]
