Holiday rentals with a kayak in Otter Tail County

Loved staying here for our annual girls weekend. The house was perfect for our group. We enjoyed the hot tub and loved playing games in the sun room area. The hosts were very communicative and accommodating! Would 100% stay here again.

Robins place is just as good as it looks in the pictures. Bedrooms and bathrooms were very accommodating for our group of 6 adults and 6 little kids ( all under the age of 6)Yes, Round Lake was a little weedy but there was a few feet next to shore that was sandy and little kids could walk and splash and the bigger kids could jump on the lily pad or kayak. You can def walk to Beach Bums, small corner store and if the Dutch guy has the donut trailer open, STOP THERE! If the weather is cooler, go the Detroit Lakes and Frazee to find the trolls!

Great place to stay. Host was very responsive and the house/yard was in great shape. Would definitely stay again.

This place delivers and then some! Located lakeside with sandy shores, a fantastic swimming area, and plenty of outdoor space for activities. The paddle boat provided added enjoyment during our stay. The spacious house offers ample room for everyone to spread out on rainy days. Impeccably clean, it's also generously equipped with all essential kitchen amenities. We had a little booking issue that caused some stress, but overall this is a rental that will not disappoint!

The house is very beautiful. It was very dumb right clean. Everything you need would say or if I needed to talk to Megan. She responded to me in less than 30 minutes. I hardly recommend staying there. It's quite it's full. The pontoon is an awesome pontoon for this lake. Will I stay there again? Yes, and thank you again, Megan for a wonderful weekend up there.

We enjoyed our week at Truman Lake house! We felt very comfortable and enjoyed some nice family time on the lake. The kitchen and house comes nicely equipped with everything you need.

Our family had the best time staying at this Airbnb! It was exactly as the pictures showed and I thought the kitchen island was bigger than expected! The kids loved playing outside, the playset was a huge hit! We loved the convince of the lake and the view is beautiful! The kids also loved all of the games/toys that had available at the house, since it was still a bit cold in the mornings! We would love to stay in this house again!

This use to be a summer camp that they've purposed into the airbnb, so there's lots of space. I was the only person staying on the property while I was there and it was great for a secluded retreat to think. I loved how isolated it was and peaceful.

We were greeted at the facility by a warm friendly couple who made us feel right at home. Nothing fancy here, just a clean comfortable private room in the middle of a peninsula surrounded by a landscape you sort of hope heaven is all about.

Clean, charming cottage with queen bed and pull out from couch. There was a musty smell upon entrance from being closed up but faded once room was opened up (windows and/or AC). Towels were available and toilet paper, really appreciated that. No tv, as walking around the peninsula is more peaceful. Great hiking in woods or around lake. Very quiet. We will definitely return! Amy was responsive and attentive if needed. Will look forward to future visits!

We loved staying in one of the cottages. Very clean and comfortable. We lucked out that things weren't very busy the weekend we visited so it was incredibly quiet. Even on a busier weekend, it still would be a great place, lots of space to explore. The beach was very nice with paddle boats, paddle boards and kayaks up for grabs. Amy and Tim were excellent hosts and quick to respond to questions. The cottage had a larger-than-average mini fridge with freezer, microwave, and coffee pot. We did assume that it would have well water (which is perfectly fine to drink, but an acquired taste) so we brought a 5 gallon jug for drinking water, just an fyi. We will definitely be visiting again!

I've been coming to Spitzer to fish for a few years, and let me tell you this property is beautiful! If you're coming to take a fishing trip, this could be right up your alley. 10 mins from the launch and the sunrises and sunsets were great! We ended up switching to a cabin, and Amy and her team handled it with ease. They were very easy to communicate with if you needed anything. Don't hesitate to book here!

This was a beautiful cabin with lots of space! the lake is wonderful and the kayaks and paddle board were an awesome addition for us not wanting to haul a lot of things! The host was very responsive to any questions and very thoughtful in checking in when there was potential bad weather coming through! Highly recommend for your next gathering or family vacation!

We had a great time here! A very secluded property and it was very easy to find. My husband enjoyed canoeing around the lake and fishing and my dogs enjoyed swimming and running around sniffing through the wooded parts. It was so quiet and peaceful, and the cabin had everything we needed.

There was plenty of space for everyone in this beautiful spacious home - can't beat the view and amenities! Deena was a responsive host and I would stay here again!

This was our 2nd stay at this cabin, and we loved it again! Soleil is super easy to work with and her place is exactly as described. Beautiful lake view with great fishing right from the dock! Stunning sunrises and a lovely deck to relax on when not fishing or out on the kayaks. Wonderful wildlife sightings rounded out a fantastic weekend! Thank you!

Our stay was so wonderful, even though the weather was not great. It's truly a beautiful place and nice to be outside by the water and have camp fires. We ended up getting in an accident and Sara was so nice and offered to help and gave us extra time our last day. The best airbnb we have stayed at.

My family and I truly enjoyed our trip to Scott's property. The house fit our big crew quite well. The beds were very comfortable. The kids loved the fun spaces in the house. The location was beautiful and peaceful. While there is a lot of vegetation along the lakeshore, there is a decent beach, and some shallow water that the smallest kids were able to enjoy. For the bigger kids, we brought the lily pad out to the middle of the lake, and they had a blast with that. The outdoor living space was great! Scott was friendly, helpful, responsive.

Home is very clean, kids had a great time. Lots of little things like kitchen spices, cleaning supplies, cooking utensils and blankets that made our stay all the better! The kids had a great time using the fishing poles and roasting marshmallows outside.

Wonderful relaxing lake house. The home had a complete kitchen with cooking pots/pans/utensils. Absolutely a huge kitchen table! 2 bathrooms which was helpful for our 2 families. So many seating options inside & out. Loved sitting outside especially by the lake. If you need a peaceful get away, this home is it. In town Battle Lake offers many coffee places & pubs as well as shopping. Easy to get around.
