Hasna & Fatima made us feel right at home and Hasna made us wonderful meals. The house is incredible and as we were there in December, it was too cold for the pool. You definitely need a rental car as you are quite remote, about 30 min from Marrakesh, but this is a similar distance to town from the major resorts. Some options nearby for lunch, but recommend to have Hasna cook for you in the evening.

An excellent stay at Jean Pierre's . He was very welcoming , super responsive to each of our requests , very good advice and very good places for excursions and restaurants. The space is very spacious , clean, and matches photos. Said the driver recommended by Jean Pierre is very available and caring . Brahim the caretaker is very kind, helpful and available. Beautiful villa! We couldn't enjoy the spa and massages because we had a busy schedule. Everything being clean. Breakfast served every morning was good. The staff was welcoming and smiling. It went very well

We were very well received in the accommodation as part of a private residence and secured by staff. The accommodation was very pleasant, good quality, with attentive staff. The only downside would be the rather complicated communication with the housekeeper who only speaks Arabic. But she makes efforts to try to understand as best as she can.

Perfect stay in Marrakech. Close to the old city, to the airport, to good restaurants and activities. Amazing with a private pool. Babusha made amazing Tajine for us, and it was always perfectly clean everyday, that we really appreciated. They also had a ping pong table that was used a lot by us. Perfect stay, highly recommend to others!

Family stay at Zamzam House! What happiness! We celebrated our birthdays there and everything was perfect! Delicious and hearty meal, spacious rooms. It's good to live at home Zamzam! An unforgettable stay at Villa Domia! Upon our arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Soumia, whose kindness and professionalism marked our entire stay. Her royal couscous was absolutely exceptional – a true Moroccan feast prepared with love. The villa is splendid, tastefully decorated and perfectly maintained, with a daily cleaning service worthy of a luxury hotel. Every detail is designed for comfort and well-being. A big thank you also to Mohammed, our driver, always punctual, available and very courteous. He largely contributed to making our stay smooth and stress-free. Even though the villa is about 40 minutes from the center of Marrakech, the peaceful setting and the overall experience are well worth the detour – it is a true haven of peace far from the hustle and bustle of the city. The space perfectly matches the photos, or even more beautiful in reality. Habiba, the cook, embodies true Moroccan hospitality, with exemplary kindness and politeness and she has made our minds with her smile and warm welcome. The place is impeccable, nothing to repeat. I would highly recommend it. It just takes a 25-30 minute drive to reach the center of Marrakech, and it was mentioned in the listing so we already knew no surprises

Absolutely loved our stay. 13 girls on a hen party and we were very well looked after. The on site staff were incredible and can’t do enough for you. We hired the recommended minibus for trips too and from the centre, who were always on time for us. We felt extremely safe, even with how remote the Villa is. I will definitely want to return and can’t recommend the Villa enough. Thank you for the most amazing trip

Afifa and Jean Claude's place was just what we needed after a long drive from the Sahara, and a nice respite from the busy nature of Marrakech. The architecture and lush landscaping truly can be captured with the word, "oasis." Their staff, Hamza and his wife, Fatima, tended to what we needed while giving us our space and privacy. The meals were nicely prepared, and taxis were scheduled as needed. The included airport transit is a very nice touch. Don't be alarmed when going to their place for the first time, as you will access via a dirt road (there is development around their home), because once you enter the gate, you're in a whole new world of relaxation. The pool was lovely, and we saw chickens, a turtle, and even peacocks on the property as we enjoyed the lounge chairs outside. We very much enjoyed our stay as we were treated to the lap of luxury for a few days.

We had an amazing time at Hamza's villa! My whole family and I were delighted by this beautiful place. The villa is located in a very secure and quiet area, which allowed us to fully relax. The on-site staff were exceptional: always attentive to us and available for anything we needed. We loved the experience so much that we are already planning to return this summer. I spent four wonderful days in Morocco in the Seyana Master villa. Everything went very, very, very well! The villa is superb: clean, spacious, well-decorated and perfectly equipped. The setting is quiet, ideal for relaxation. The host was welcoming, available and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable. Special mention to Noura for her delicious and generous breakfasts every morning, a real treat when you wake up! I recommend this villa 100% and I will come back without hesitation!

We had a wonderful stay at the stunning Villa Shems. The service that Naceur provided was top notch. No question was too small. He also helped arrange a driver and meals (which were delicious). Zineb was so kind. The “extras” made the stay even more enjoyable. It was such a relaxing place to unwind. The beautiful pool was an added bonus. I highly recommend Villa Shems and intend to return on another trip.

I booked this Villa to celebrate my fiancee’s birthday with 10 of our friends. From the onset Kemel was very responsive to my messages with all the reservations I had. Houda also reached out to me with options to arrange for a taxi to pick us up from the airport. The Villa is really beautiful, rooms are big, clean and tidy. Loads of games to entertain guests. The caretaker Lahcen is the most down to earth man you’d ever meet who would go above and beyond to assist with your request. Meriem the in house Chef is the loveliest person I’ve ever met. The Vill felt like home away from home but what made it even more special are the people. I want to thank Houda for making our stay an extremely pleasant one, Meriem for all the incredible dishes and Lahcen for all the random errands with his motor bike. My fiancee said this was the best Birthday she’s ever had.

We had an exceptional stay. The Riad is in a great location, even more beautiful and spacious in reality than in the photos. Anne Charlotte and her team were remarkably attentive, ensuring our well-being both during breakfast and in organizing our next destination. A real quality Airbnb, which is rare.
