Our cozy guesthouse with sauna is located on an island on the Leidsche Vaart near the Braassemermeer. You will find us between Amsterdam (about 30 minutes, car), Schiphol (about 20 minutes, car and 30 minutes, bus) and The Hague (about 35 minutes, car) in the Green Heart. Many possibilities for cycling, walking (located on the Marskramerpad), varen, cities and/or beaches (25 minutes) to visit. Private bathroom with sauna (10,-), coffee/ tea and possibility of cooking, private terrace with barbecue.

I loved staying at Arjan & Leon's place, which used to be a hat shop and has TONS of character. It's in the perfect location to explore the center of Gouda on foot as you are right next to the old (& beautiful) city hall, the weekly cheese market which is held around it, as well as many sidewalk cafe's and restaurants. Both hosts are extremely friendly & very easy to communicate with, and I was able to meet Leon in person, which was really nice. I would love to stay again when I'm next in Gouda!

We had a wonderful time at Ine’s stay! The room was exactly as described. The surroundings is beautiful with water canals around for evening walks. It was just 26minutes drive to kuekenhof and if you are driving Amsterdam is 36mins. Ine's is very friendly and supportive. Responds to all queries. Places is immaculate surrounded with greenery! We definitely recommend the stay! And will try to comeback for sure!

Our holiday in the apartment was very nice, it was quiet, well equipped and with the car we could do many excursions. We had a lot of space and we loved the open, modern kitchen with the large table. Thank you, Maria! I can only recommend the great apartment!

We had a wonderful time at the farm! The cottage was cozy and offered a fantastic view over the pasture with cows and a windmill. For the children, there was a trampoline, a slide and many vehicles - perfect for playing. It was especially nice to get fresh eggs from the chickens in the morning. A real highlight was that we were allowed to watch the cows being milked and fed - we even got a small farmer's certificate for this😊. The farm dog greeted us every day in a friendly manner, and overall we felt completely comfortable. Thank you for this special experience – we will be happy to come back!

Mariel's place is perfect for special occasions. I really enjoyed the amenities! It feels private in the apartment, as the building seems to exclude regular living spaces. There is another apartment alike on the same floor – the soundproofing in between is good, so I couldn't hear the neighbors. The host is very friendly, communicative, well-thought and intentional of the place, there were fresh flowers and only real plant in the apartment. The only inconvenience was the noise from lively traffic outside, since it's very close to the station – which is really convenient on one hand, but not as perfect in case of higher sensitivity issues. If you don't get overstimulated by sound – this place is perfect, as it's absolutely a rare gem.
