Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Oued Tensift

An oasis away from the busy centre of Marrakech. The views were amazing from the gardens and pool, we loved sitting out there in the evenings. A local lady cooked for us and it was lovely, I’d recommend booking it. It was about 30/40 mins from the centre however, we didn’t have a car and were out in touch with a local taxi driver who was reliable and had a good rate. My young daughter loved the goats at the end of the garden and the tortoises roaming around. The village was peaceful and locals friendly. The local shop doesn’t sell much so I’d recommend stopping at the supermarket in the city before arriving.

We loved staying in Chantal’s riad! The space is truly beautiful and every room is so unique. Super fun staying in the Medina and being able to explore the surroundings areas - very central location. Booking transportation from the airport to the bnb was super helpful as well since it can be a bit difficult navigating through the Medina for the first time. Also highly recommended trying out the breakfast there - super fresh and it was the perfect start to our morning!! Highly recommend this riad for anyone visiting Marrakech :-)

Not sure where to start but Let me summarize that I have stayed at AirBnb’s around the globe and this was the best one to date! For more details: the host Hannah was super responsive, and proactive. Abdel was always available to answer questions, solve and fix anything we needed. Rachida’s breakfast was perfect. We also ordered dinner one night that Rachida cooked for us. The lamb tagine was the best we had in all of Marrakesh- this is a must try if you like your tagine to be balanced in sweet and savory. All in all a highly customer focused staff at our disposal throughout. We are a family of 4, including kids. Our boys had a wonderful time at the Riad and we all loved the incorporation of indoor/outdoor space, just like the pics. The location was fantastic - walkable and hip. Like many Riads around, this is not close to a drivable street, but Abdel was with us to show us in and out and also arranged for a cart to get our luggage to the car. A five star accommodation!

A really spacious riad with an excellent location. It is just a short walk away from the main tourist attractions, but is quiet and peaceful being just off the main street. We slept well throughout our stay. The riad had everything we needed. The housekeeper Fatima was so friendly and provided us with a delicious breakfast every day which made our stay very relaxing. Karine replied quickly and efficiently to our messages both before and during our stay and answered all the questions we had. She also arranged a transfer from the airport, which was very helpful, particularly as we were new to Marrakech. There were plenty of rooftop restaurants nearby and a supermarket at the end of the street. It's an excellent location for an authentic medina experience and we very much enjoyed our stay.

Riad paisible , le petit chant des oiseaux est enchanteur. Nous avons été conquises par l'accueil chaleureux de fatima. En plus d'être douce,sensible et discrète elle nous a concocté des petits plats exquis ! Nous n'oublierons pas son sablé à la péche,un délice !! This was one of the most beautiful places I have ever stayed at and I can’t recommend it enough!! The riad is gorgeous, spacious, and clean as well as very centrally located to all of Marrakech’s major sites. Bahia was an amazing help and always went above and beyond for us - answering all our questions, giving us directions, printing our boarding passes, and cooking us a delicious breakfast every morning. Our visit to Marrakech would not have been the same without her. Do not hesitate to book this place!!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour de 2 jours dans ce logement. L’endroit est propre, bien aménagé et conforme à l’annonce. Mr Othmane a été très accueillant ,disponible, et très réactif, ce qui a rendu notre séjour simple et agréable. Je recommande vivement ce logement pour un bon séjour et on reviendra avec plaisir. Logement très sympa, hôte très disponible c’est très appréciable. La piscine est super l’endroit pas ultra fréquenté au mois de juin et très familial, on apprécie le calme qui y règne. L’appartement est très bien, si vous aimez les chats, une minette blanche aux taches rousses sera ravie de faire votre connaissance 🤩

We had a fantastic stay at Sam’s wonderful apartment! The place was super clean, very quiet, and incredibly comfortable — perfect for relaxing with my family. Communication with Sam was smooth and easy; he replied quickly and was always helpful. Honestly, we wish we had booked a few more nights because we didn’t want to leave! We’ll definitely be coming back, and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and cozy stay. Thank you again, Sam!

Appart spacieux, propre et très bien équipé. Nous n'avons pas utilisé la cuisine mais elle est très grande et à l'air d'être bien équipée. Literie très confortable. Je sais que cela ne se fait pas beaucoup au Maroc mais un petit rideau pour la douche serait un vrai +. L'appart est très bien situé, à proximité des axes principaux de Marrakech, Médina accessible à pieds, promenades en calèche à côté. Place de parking privée au sous sol de la résidence. Petite supérette en bas de l'immeuble, quartier avec beaucoup de restaurants. Le seul petit bémol pour moi mais qui ne nous empêchera pas de revenir: - appart au 4ème et terrasse au 6ème, il faut prendre l'ascenseur pour y accéder, on ne peut donc pas y aller en simple maillot de bain, il faut s'habiller puisque l'on traverse des espaces communs. Philippe et Nissrine sont très réactifs et de bons conseils, merci beaucoup à vous 2!

Par où commencer … nous avons passé un superbe moment en famille (arrière grands parents , grands parents , petits enfants et arrières petits enfants. Le Riad était parfaitement situé pour découvrir la fameuse ville rouge; une propreté remarquable et conforme à la description. Mais comment ne pas parler de Hanane et Radija : une disponibilité , une bienveillance , une cuisine excellente , beaucoup de tendresse et de gentillesse. Deux personnes bouleversantes tant elles ont été à l’écoute et adorables. Deux personnes qui ont marqué notre séjour et grâce à qui nous garderons un merveilleux souvenir de ce moment passé en famille. En espérant revenir prochainement . Merci pour tout

Thank you for a wonderful stay in your beautiful Riad. It is a gorgeous property and Christian and Catherine were very helpful with plans and very responsive to communications. The staff were also outstanding and highly recommend the home cooked meal on offer from the hosts. Nadia prepared an excellent evening meal.

Un séjour mémorable chez Said. Nous avons passé une semaine magique. C’est un hôte vraiment attentionné qui prend soin de ses visiteurs. Nous avons pu intégrer la maison dans la matinée, d excellentes pâtisseries nous attendaient à notre arrivée ainsi qu’un délicieux tajine car nous n’avions pas eu le temps de faire les achats nécessaires. Nous avons eu un réel coup de cœur pour cette villa, le jardin, la piscine toujours impeccable et l’emplacement loin du bruit de la ville. C’est avec nostalgie que sommes partis et nous espérons pouvoir revenir dès que possible. En résumé, un séjour incroyable

Absolute recommend this house. Clean and a lot of space. Relaxing area with a small pool that catches the late sun before dinner time. Amazing cook (that could be booked) - very flexible and nice Also a plus that Filip are very helpful and answers super quick. House approx 25mins from Medina, gated community so a safe place. Very relaxing to end up in the house by the pool and a cooked maroccan dinner after a busy day in central Marrakesh

Evle ve sizinle bir ekip ilgileniyor. Çok yardımcılardı. Ev güvenli bir bölgede ve tertemizdi. Evin bahçesinde arabanızı çekeceğiniz bölge yerler mevcut. Ev; şehrin kalabalığına ve telaşına kıyasla çok sessiz ve huzur vericiydi. Daha da uzun kalmayı isteyeceğiniz türden. Bol bol yüzdük güneşlendik. Şehre araçla yaklaşık 17 dk mesafedeydi ama şehri gezmek yerine evde kalmayı tercih edebilirsiniz. Meyve ağaçları vardı onlardan da nasiplendik birkaç tane orada kalırken yedik :) Marakeş’e sadece bu Otantik eşyalarla donatılmış evde kalmaya bile gelinebilir 😅

Un super séjour dans cette magnifique villa située à environ 20 minutes en voiture du centre. Un accueil impeccable par Nourdine qui s’est plié en 4 pour que notre séjour soit parfait. La villa est extrêmement bien conçue et parfaite pour des grands groupe. Très bon standing. Pour finir, un grand merci à la cuisinière qui nous a régalés avec son tajine et son couscous, bravo !

The Riad is conveniently located and it is beautiful and comfortable. Jamal and Adil, the guide, were both very helpful and friendly. We opted for breakfast service at the Riad and it was excellent. I highly recommend Riad Baraka!
