What an amazing house! We spent a week there with our parents and children, and our biggest frustration was not staying there longer! Total disconnection, barely wanting to go out because we felt so good. Very spacious and well-equipped house, nicely decorated. And our real happiness was to benefit from the services of a home cook, whose cooking was excellent. Thank you to Christophe for his availability and responsiveness, and thank you to Widad and Badira for contributing to our well-being during this week.

We had an absolutely outstanding experience at Riad Liana – from the very first moment, we felt welcomed and well taken care of by Abdel, Rachida and Hannah. Every detail in the riad is thoughtfully designed, and the Moroccan decor creates a peaceful and luxurious atmosphere. The rooftop terrace was a dream – with views over the rooftop and the sound of the prayer call - just magic. The location was also ideal – peaceful yet close to everything. It was just a few minutes' walk to the souks, and we always felt safe walking even at night. Lunch and dinner made my Rachida was the best meals we had, make sure to try her cooking. We wouldn’t hesitate to book Riad Liana again – it was a truly unforgettable experience and one of the absolute highlights of our trip. Highly recommended for anyone looking for something extra special in Marrakech!

I would like to thank Yassmina for the welcome she gave us, as well as the organization of our stay, including the recommendations of the restaurants, the provision of staff. I recommend it with my eyes closed, for a stay worthy of a five-star.

Ismail and Aziz were amazing! They were very proactive and extremely helpful in making our trip and getting around as easy as possible! The breakfast was great and the Riad was a dream! We are super grateful for both of them and their hospitality, we would definitely come again for them and the beautiful Riad! We really enjoyed in the villa.

The property was so lovely and the staff were very accommodating. It is located really centrally in the Medina so was great for my friends and I to go sightseeing and get back easily. I even had a good running route for my morning 5km so that was a great bonus!! Would love to stay with Chris again on my next trip to Marrakech!

Eugenio was always very prompt to answer any queries. The house had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. The plunge pool was fabulous after a morning of wandering, shopping, seeing the sights to cool off in, then a quick dip after the evenings meal😁. Youssef the driver/ tour guide was very friendly and helpful, took us on a desert trip that was wonderful 😀 . Promptly picked us up on arrival and when we left drove us too. It was a fabulous stay from start to finish. Thank you. 😊 l

We had an unforgettable stay at this beautiful villa. Everything was perfectly as described, or even better. The house is tastefully decorated, extremely clean and very well-equipped. The garden and pool offer an idyllic setting to relax in. The host was particularly understanding which greatly contributed to the quality of our stay. We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this villa in Marrakesh. From the moment we arrived, the host was incredibly helpful and extremely professional, ensuring every detail of our stay was perfect. The villa itself is stunning — beautifully decorated with a perfect blend of traditional charm and modern comfort. The swimming pool and hot tub were a real highlight, providing the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring the city. A special mention to the cook, who prepared the most fantastic traditional/oriental breakfasts each morning — truly delicious and beautifully presented Our driver was also incredibly helpful throughout the stay, making getting around Marrakesh smooth and stress-free. He was always punctual, friendly, and knowledgeable about the area We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this villa to anyone visiting Marrakesh. We will most definitely be back.

The villa is very clean, large and in a good location. The garden with the volleyball court, pool, and outdoor area are amazing assets. Marie is very responsive and does not hesitate to come to the villa if we have any questions.

A huge thank you for an exceptional stay! My husband had the chance to celebrate his birthday in this magnificent place, accompanied by his friend, and everything was absolutely perfect. The attention paid to his birthday touched us deeply: a meal specially prepared for him, extra cakes. What generosity! The lady who takes care of the kitchen is a real treasure: her dishes are delicious. Communication with the host Syrine is fluid, warm and caring. This accommodation exceeds all our expectations, and yet we have made several — it is simply the best. Even though I wasn't there this time, I say it again with conviction: it's a place that creates something truly unique. Thank you for this welcome 🙌

Very responsive host and beautiful place to stay!

I had a wonderful stay in Marrakech, and this place was the perfect landing spot for a first-time visit. Adriano was incredibly proactive and supportive—from helping me navigate my arrival from the airport to coordinating my departure to the bus station a few days later. The space itself was full of charm, with a beautiful terrace view that made it easy to relax and take in the city. I truly felt welcomed and cared for—like I left with a new friend. Thank you, Adriano!

The hosts were really nice and responsive, they managed to face our concerns over safety at night. Breakfast were good. We love the villa, better than our expectations. We had a hood time staying there as a group of 11.

We had a wonderful time with the family. The villa is very nice. Amine is very available and super responsive. Very touched by the kindness of her team: Naima is smiling and very kind, I recommend her tangia 😍 Bader the caretaker is very attentive and makes sure that you don't miss anything even late at night. We left with hearts filled with beautiful memories. Thanks again to this wonderful team.

This place is beautiful and as exactly as the listing shows. Comfortable, roomy, the decor was beautiful, very clean. The roof top sitting area and pool was a lovely place to relax in the evenings or when not out. The rooms were all of a good size. Ample space in property and in a very peaceful and quiet location. The location was brilliant, not too far from the airport and yet very close to the main square and within walking distance of many shops, places to eat etc. Saida was very lovely and her breakfasts each morning were great to start the day on. Her english was poor but luckily we managed to communicate with no problems. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone, I can not fault it.

Our stay at Paolo’s villa was unforgettable – we had tears when we left as the staff were so wonderful! The perfect mix of exploring Marrakesh and Agafay, along with relaxing days by the pool, made for a wonderful experience. The villa is stunning, and we felt at home from the start. Sana, Fatima, and Jafaar made us feel like family, with delicious meals every day. After our first dinner, we asked them to cook for us the entire stay on the days we were there! Paolo was a fantastic host, arranging for Abdullah to pick us up from the airport and providing transport throughout our stay. The location was peaceful and safe, with a small village nearby, and the 30-minute drive into Marrakesh was no issue. The rooftop views were incredible, with hot air balloons and the snow-capped Atlas Mountains in the distance. At night, the starry skies were unforgettable. We can’t wait to return – thank you, Paolo, for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Franck's riad is so easily accessible in the medina. Plus, he was very responsive and a fantastic host. special thanks to Nizha, who cooked an amazing dinner for us, and always had lovely brekkie ready for us in the morning. Thank you so so much for making our Marralech trip so comfortable and fun!

The villa is located 10 minutes from Jamah El Fna Square and the Marrakech Medina. Ideal location, in a quiet and peaceful property. The villa is of a human size, with a beautiful garden and a swimming pool just right for swimming with the children safely. The bedding is comfy and the kitchen is functional. Mathias was very responsive to our needs and present on site when needed. I recommend this very nice villa and its welcoming host without hesitation.

Exceptional stay. Anas and Emma went above and beyond to look after us! Communication was excellent from pre-booking too. We had a little baby and they took extra time to find amenities that would suit him (e.g. high chair, baby bath). Probably the nicest highlight was our wonderful and kind housekeeper Nozar and Hadijah. They made us fee so welcome, made really lovely meals and even played with our baby! (Please do ask for them if you are staying here!) Location of the Riad was great, the pool is small but warm which was perfect for us. The is the terrace is beautiful and a great place to have breakfast. Cannot recommend a stay here enough! We’ve made some brilliant memories and is arguably one of the best AirBnB’s I’ve ever stayed at.
