Villa Kataja chalet in Paljakka

Completed in 2014, our cottage is located in Paljakka, close to ski trails and mountain biking trails. The cottage's facilities are located on two floors. A deck with a glass railing throughout the cabin's width allows you to sense the peace of nature, both in winter and in summer. The yard has a wood storage, a fire pit, and a lot. A lot to use from April to October, for a separate fee. Pets are prohibited. Distances: Tourist Center Ukkohalla 26 km. Shop: Poland city center 30 km and Ristijärvi 26 km.

Rauhallisessa, 40 neliön matkakodissa on 4 vuodetta; olohuoneessa 2x120cm ja pikkuhuoneessa 2x90cm. Lemmikit ja lapset ovat tervetulleita. Mökkiä voi lämmittää ja viilentää. Puusaunassa lämmin suihku, kuivat polttopuut ja hyvät ohjeet. 2 huonetta, 2 WC:tä, 2 TV:tä. Valmiiksi pedatut pedit ja pimennysverhot. Keittiönurkassa lämmität omat ateriat. Pihalla pallogrilli ja hiiliä. Lähtiessäsi riittää, kun huolehdit omat jäljet pois. Ei wifiä, ei paras allergikoille eikä liikuntarajoitteisille :(

Laituri uimaportailla, pieni hiekkaranta, soutuvene, pelastusliivit, ulko-wc, pysäköintialue, pihavalot tunnistimilla, nuotiopaikka, kaasugrilli ja grillikota. Keittiössä on erillisuuni, keraaminen liesitaso, mikro, liesituuletin, jääkaappi/pakastin ja led valot. Juomavesi tuodaan valmiiksi mökille. Terassilta käynti paljuun. Palju on varattavissa erikseen. Tässä kauniisti uudistetussa yksiössä on viihtyisä tunnelma. Tori, kaupat ja ravintolat ovat lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä. Alkovissa on laadukas 140 cm leveä runkopatjasänky. Olemme varanneet käyttöösi hygieniatuotteita, valkoiset lakanat ja pyyhkeet. Lisäksi käytössäsi on polkupyörä. Sisustus- ja pintamateriaaleissa on huomioitu niiden sopivuus allergisille, jonka vuoksi lemmikit eivät ole sallittuja. Tervetuloa majoittumaan hyvin työn tai vapaa-ajan puitteissa!

Cozy, clean apartment with private entrance. Fully equipped kitchen. You can heat your sauna daily, cool off on a secluded patio, barbecue (gas), and have a fireplace. Beds in bedrooms (160cm, 120cm). Living room sofa bed (140cm). Travel cribs for small children. Pets are welcome (be sure to let us know when booking). Linens, towels, and final cleaning are included. The apartment is about three kilometers from the center of Kajaani in the direction of the airport.
