New accommodation in a chalet in the middle of the woods

We completly renovated our chalet in 2022 and took the opportunity to create an independent apartment on the ground floor to welcome our guests (own private entrance). It consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a separate toilet and a bathroom with a large shower. The bedroom has a large queen sized bed, work area and a big wardrobe. The chalet is in the middle of a magnificent wooded area (6000m2) and is very calm and quiet environment. Spaces outside under trees to eat and enjoy relax moments :)

Nous vous accueillons avec plaisir dans cet ancien grenier réaménagé en 2023. Profitez des vieilles pierres, de la petite terrasse ensoleillée et du jardin semi-ombragé. "Le Grenier", studio de 20m² environ, vous propose une partie salon avec canapé, table haute, kitchenette équipée, un vrai lit (140x190), grande douche (140x80), WC séparés. Pensez à réserver nos bocaux repas, planche et petit déjeuner si besoin. Une petite pause au calme à la campagne ! Dispo les 29, 30 et 31 octobre 2025 !

Treat yourself to an original stay, in the hilly countryside, inside a stone outbuilding. The refurbished accommodation is built on an old troglodyte quarry and near the vineyards of Haut-Poitou. You have 2 bedrooms, an equipped kitchen, a living room with TV, a bathroom and a private terrace with garden. Halfway between Poitiers and Châtellerault, 12 min from Futuroscope and 8 min from Lake St Cyr, access is quick from the A10 or the D910.

Single-storey house of 105 m2, classified in the category of furnished tourism ***, all comfort on a wooded plot of 2000 m2, quiet and in the countryside. When you arrive, the beds are made, a bath towel and a glove per person are at your disposal. When you leave, no cleaning to do, just clean, dry and tidy dishes. You have a dish towel, a hand towel at the kitchen sink as well as at the toilet sink.

Small stone cottage on three floors Close to the futuroscope , center park ... It is ideal for two people . A quiet and relaxing countryside place. I provide the bed sheets, for the toilet linen I can provide it with an extra 5 euros . Small note, the stairs are steep (stepladders) and the kitchen ceiling is a little low. For fans of coffee I have a senseo , I leave some pods available .

We renovated a former wine cellar to create this 3-star furnished tourist accommodation. The Lodge du Chêne is located in a village with all the necessary amenities. The Lodge is fully equipped, independent and adjoining the owners' house. Guests will enjoy its terrace, private garden, as well as a barn with a private 5-seat HOT TUB with free access.
