Self-contained one bedroom apartment, centrally located in Mt Albert with easy access to motorways, train and bus transport. Only a few stops to Eden Park, and a direct bus route to Mt Smart. The studio is above our garage. Our family live in the house in front, so you may see 3 kids and also a very friendly Labrador. There is a microwave, little fridge, kettle and toaster but no other cooking facilities. Lots of restaurants nearby! TV is Chromecast only. Parking on the driveway if needed

This large studio space with a study is the perfect spot for travellers or newcomers into Auckland. Located only a 3 minute walk to the train station, which takes you to Auckland CBD (Britomart Train Station) as well as Newmarket and Kingsland Train Station (for events at Mt Eden) via the western line. If taking the bus is preferred, it is a 5 minute walk to the Avondale bus stops. A simple kitchenette with a small fridge, microwave and kettle is available. Free onsite parking available.

You will find serenity and cosiness in our brand new standalone cabin, privately hidden in a backyard surrounded by greenery and rock garden. There are lots of things to do and eat nearby but there are also lots of things in the cabin to keep you entertained: puzzles (500 & 1000 pieces), mini wooden chess, mindfulness colouring, reading materials, and a brand new Smart TV - a guest Netflix account is available for your use for free, Freeview Live, or cast your phone.

1 bed flat

Modern and spacious 1 bedroom flat with kitchenette. Massive lounge and dedicated entrance 1 bedroom with queen sized bed and futon in lounge. If you want the futon in the lounge made up into a bed please book for 3 people to account for extra bedding. Kitchenette with kettle and toaster. Kid friendly with books and toys. The flat is underneath the main house so we do ask for quiet after 10pm each evening.

The Grove

French country themed, self contained hideaway is known as "The Grove" located in central Mt Albert. Refurbished 2023. There is a kitchenette with microwave, kettle and toaster. There is easy access to public transport and motorways. Easy walk or drive to the neighbourhood cafes, Westfield shopping mall and laundromat. There is an off street parking space available on request.
