WINTER - ice-skate, cross-country ski, sauna & ice dip SPRING/AUTUMN - canoe, fish, swim, camp, forage or walk. Also known as 'The Grumpy House' due to the amount of times I've hit my head! The plot of the house is adjacent to a marina where there is a nice boat ramp to be able to launch your own boat. Rocks and beach swimming nearby. Oxelösund is a fantastic archipelago town with many gems to visit. Good connections with highway only to Oxelösund. 10 minutes by car to Nyköping and only 1 hour to Stockholm.

Perfect house for bigger groups and families with children. The house is renowated 2017. Two bathroom, 6 bedrooms and a large dining area with a bar. The house has a fantastic view over the lake and the yard have plenty of activities for the whole family. Big outdoor area with pool and sauna, barbeque house with room for 14-16 people. Playground for the kids, donkeys, horses, rabbits, sheep on the farm. Only 60 min from central part of Stockholm. 20 min from Nyköping.

Our place is located in scenic Mem about 1.2 miles from Söderköping. Here you can enjoy both nature and water. Here you will find Kanalmagasinet, where you can have a good dinner in summer, or just enjoy a cup of coffee and ice cream. Distance to beach about 8 km. Europe's largest zoo, Kolmården, is within about 3.3 miles. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

Välkomna till vår stuga med ett unikt läge på sjötomt i mysiga Gladö Kvarn. Vi är omgivna av stora naturreservat, men endast 10 min med bil, 20 min med buss till Huddinge C. Stor terass med sjöutsikt. Egen sittplats vid sjön. Huset har vardagsrum, kök, sovloft, dusch, tvättmaskin. Handukar och lakan finns och ingår i priset. 500 m till buss som går till Huddinge C och pendeltåg in till Stockholm C, 15 min.
