Blenheim Palace is nearby. A perfect base for exploring Oxfordshire & the Cotswolds. An excellent CoOp grocery, a fish‘n’chip/pizza takeaway, a b'fast cafe/coffee shop, and good local pubs.

The Pool House

Flash Sales!!!! Relax and reset at the Pool House. The Pool House provides a quiet location where you can relax away from the world. Swim in our pool, heated during the warmer months. (Pool is now heated!) During the colder months enjoy a cold plunge, beneficial for body and mind. Ease your aches and muscles in the hot tub. Please note: you are using the pool and hot tub at your own risk, there is no life guard! Please watch children and non swimmers in the pool and hot tub at all times.

THE OLD SUNDAY SCHOOL

The Old Sunday School is in the grounds of a Grade-II listed Georgian rectory, opposite a medieval church. It has been newly converted and refurbished in an open-plan contemporary style, and finished to a very high specification. It has a private entrance and garden and patio area. Guests have access to the hosts' seven-acre landscaped garden in an area of outstanding natural beauty. In the summer months [MAY-mid SEPTEMBER] guests will have shared use of the outdoor pool with the owners.

A small terrace behind the barn looks out onto a beautiful walled garden and the church spire at the end of the road. Oxford Parkway is only 5 minutes drive away and buses go frequently into Oxford from the end of the road. There are wonderful walks straight from the property, over the fields to the river and beyond.
