Bright Double Bedroom within modern apartment. The city centre and tourist areas are around 30 minutes by bus. It is important that you provide some basic details about yourself and the person you are travelling with along with the reason for your visit. Large single room in quiet house with exclusive use of bathroom with bath and shower (not ensuite). Local buses (10/27/45) that take you in to the city centre (15-20 minutes). You are also able to walk along the Union Canal to the city centre (30-45 minute walk). Private parking available. Access to the room is between 4pm and 10am - rooms must be vacant between 10am and 4pm daily irrelevant of length of stay There are small dogs in the house but they have no access to upstairs rooms

Quiet place close to Edinburgh in a very convenient location, very near the city centre but in local and quiet neighbourhood. You have many things around and the views from your room are of the beautiful Pentland Hills. Nice for people travelling to explore Edinburgh and around, having a stop over to/ from the Highlands or for newcomers to Edinburgh while searching for a permanent place where to stay. The bed can be arranged as a single or double room, according to the number of guests.

This is a freshly refurbished flat in a restored Victorian townhouse with Arthur's seat visible from the garden. Conveniently situated on a main road into the city centre, it is 10 minutes by bus or 25 minutes walking, bus stop located across the road. It is a popular area with many bars, restaurants, The Queen's Hall and Festival Theatre nearby. You can also enjoy a walk in neighbouring Holyrood Park, taking in the Science Museum and The Scottish Parliament Building which are close by.
