Fantastic stay, so quiet, so well maintained, so lovingly furnished. A great breakfast with fruit, eggs and pancakes. The pool also invited you to linger. By far the best hotel on our 3-week trip so far.

Larger room than shown in photos. Very nice and a great night’s rest. Breakfast (included) on the patio was great with a variety of fruit, a couple buttery pancakes and some eggs. Check-in info was sent as a flyer/image, and if you have questions in English, you need a separate communication app. I wasn’t able to set it up, but didn’t really need it. If you arrive at night and you are a little tired, be sure you go up the road to the right place… it is a big place with a gate, not the family house on the corner by the sign. Wonderful stay.

Thank you so much to Virginia for that lovely and magical place. That little house with the jungle by garden, is a haven of peace where you reconnect with nature. With the sunsets, the song of the birds in the morning and the crickets at night, I felt as if the weather had stopped. Virginia was always present and we had very enriching conversations with everything she knows about the Mayas and the area. Of course how the place is literally on the Puuc route, there are at least 5 archaeological sites less than 20 minutes away by car.

We had the pleasure of staying at an amazing Airbnb hosted by Flora. She was incredibly welcoming and empathetic, making our stay even more enjoyable. Unfortunately, we didn't have the opportunity to visit the horse ranch, which is definitely a highlight of the area. We stayed in the "Mariposa" room and it was extremely stylish, colorful, and clean. The towels were as luxurious as those in a 5-star place. The breakfast was delicious and provided us with the perfect start for our day trip to Uxmal. We can highly recommend this hidden Airbnb to anyone looking for a unique and memorable experience!

Every corner of the place is very cozy and very safe, from the terrace to the main entrance, you will feel at home. It has the services to spend a pleasant stay. The attention that Cintia offers you is incredible, always very attentive and sincere attentive to what she can do for you. There is no doubt that the place is 100% recommended.

I really enjoyed my stay in Oxkutzcab, Yazmin’s place is perfectly located and very reasonably priced. She is very attentive at dealing with any of your requests and prompt to get back to you, even though she’s based out of a different city. I’d through recommend this property and, Yazmin.
