Family-friendly holiday rentals in Pa Phai

Lanna’s place was perfect! It reminded me of my home - like home away from home. Lanna was probably by far one of the most helpful kind hosts I have experienced - I ended up injuring my ankle and lanna went out of her way to find her walking cast for me to try. As well as pulling up clinics - hospital and pharmacy for me. She is such a kind soul 💕 Her home was one of my favorite airbnbs I have stayed in

Place looks exactly as described, and the host is pretty responsive. The place is far from all the action as it's a quasi gated community, but if you like quiet, like I do, and don't mind a short grab or bolt to town, this is the place.

Location was great, the whole building is very nice and properly serviced. Multiple restaurants, shops and services around. 10 minutes walk to Old Town. Condo itself was clean, well equipped and in good standard. Wassana was very helpful through our time here, always responding quickly and supporting our stay. She also helped us greatly when we had some health issues and needed to adjust our stay. Overall, great experience, great value for money and a pleasant experience.

We just really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment itself is super light because of the large windows and because it’s a corner apartment, so you have light from both sides of the building, which we really really loved. It has everything you need in the kitchen/ bathroom etc. Yes you do hear the airplane, but you hear that everywhere on this side of Chiang Mai and it’s not disturbing and we got used to it really quick. The location of the apartment is great, with lots of shops around. If the apartment was still available, we would’ve extended our stay so definitely recommend the place!

Had a lovely stay at Cindy’s condo. It was nice and spacious, and even had a washing machine which was very handy. The highlight for us was the gym on the top floor - we used it every day. Nice to come back to such good aircon after walking around the city.

It was a very good stay. The room was comfortable and very clean. There is a proper desk to work at. The location is great - quiet street and multiple cafes are nearby. I also appreciated that the host was flexible with my check-out time.

We had a wonderful stay at the Astra Condo in Chiang Mai. The unit was clean, modern, and exactly as described in the listing. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. I especially appreciated the fully equipped kitchen and the washing machine, which made my stay feel more like home. Communication with Suresh and Jane was always responsive and helpful! We needed a few more towels and some were dropped off the same day! We left our key card in the unit and were able to get the code to get back in very quickly! The building itself is in a great location—just a short walk to the Night Bazaar and several cafes, restaurants, and convenience stores. The rooftop pool and gym were a huge bonus, offering stunning views of the city and a relaxing atmosphere. Check-in and communication with the host were smooth and efficient. I would definitely recommend staying at this condo!

Little paradise, everything is perfect and better than the pictures, sure I’ll go back there. Thomas was available quickly for everything I needed, really amazing host !

To celebrate the New Year, my family gathered in Chiang Mai and stayed at Joy and Joerg’s Airbnb, which was the perfect spot for our reunion. In August, I visited their place in advance, and they kindly showed me around, sharing tips on relaxation, cooking, and massages. In December, the house comfortably accommodated everyone in separate bedrooms. We enjoyed swimming in the pool, relaxing in hammocks, and having a barbecue with fresh meat and vegetables. Their delicious Thai dishes, with separate chili and non-chili plates, were perfect for our family’s preferences. Despite minor issues like rental car trouble and a family member falling ill, Joy and Joerg provided excellent support and advice. Their hospitality made our stay unforgettable, and we left with cherished memories.

We had a great stay at Neil's. Everything was easy from check in to check out. The kitchen is well equipped, the bed is super comfortable and the amenities such as the pool were excellent. The apartment, even though, was close to everything, is extremely quiet. We loved that it was just a few steps away from the famous markets, grocery store, bank and redtaurants. You absolutely need to book spa treatments, next door, at the Peak Spa, for an amazing experience. I have already recommanded Neil's apartment to our friends who are looking to go visit Chiang Mai. Thanks Neil for everything!

We hebben een geweldige tijd gehad in dit huis! We verbleven een maand in Chiang Mai en hadden ons geen betere accommodatie kunnen wensen. De plek is sfeervol en je voelt je gelijk thuis. We hadden veel ruimte, en de locatie was optimaal voor bijna alles in en rondom Chiang Mai. Jane is een fantastische host, die altijd snel en aardig reageert. Ik zou dit iedereen aanraden!

This home was exactly as described. It’s in a quiet street a walkable distance to great restaurants. Very original setting. Within a home environment.

This is my second stay at Tatum’s place so I knew what to expect. Everything is clean usable on in the villages really nice close to restaurants and 7-Eleven. Everything you need is right there and the bikes or an extra.

Hatten sehr viel Spaß in dieser Unterkunft. Der Pool ist riesig und hat die perfekte Temperatur.

This place is such a wonderful find for families. We stayed there for a month and we typically got around by using a grab or one of the bicycles that was on the property. We were given local recommendations. The pool was really wonderful and there were lots of great toys that my kids played with. The hot water heater works great. The air conditioning worked in each room. There were lots of items in the kitchen that made cooking really easy. I’m so glad that we were able to stay here for the month and I wish we could’ve stayed longer. We enjoyed it a lot..

We really enjoyed our stay, the place was perfect for our 2 weeks in Chiang Mai. The apartment is well equipped and super quiet. The building is well maintained and clean. Conveniently located with lots of restaurants and bars around. The gym and the swimming pool were a nice plus! Would definitely come back!

The apt is clean and neat. It feels like home. Everything you need is all in the house. The Netflix is already logged in for me to enjoy. But it can’t watch at the last day, it’s ok. The carpark is spacious. Parking space is wide enough, the building is newly built and everything is smart devices. The gym is not big but enough to use, steam is well functioning but not sauna. I didn’t have time to enjoy the swimming pool since the weather a bit windy. But the pool looks cool and surely chill!! Overall, it is well recommended to solo travellers. The place is convenient, nearby is 7-11 and KFC. I will definitely visit Chiang Mai again and book this stay again!!

It is very conveniently located, easy to reach Maya Mall and Ningman road for shopping and eating various local food . The host is also very warm hearted to help you before and during the stay

It was a pleasant stay and it felt like home in Mae Rim Grace. House keeper Pen was very friendly and responsive, her team did a great job taking care of our needs .

地理位置靠近清迈最大的商超，背靠公交枢纽，对于去其它地方想要坐大巴的小伙伴，还是很友好的。这次订的酒店在22层，房间设计大通间，但格局划分明显。装修属于轻奢。带一个小露台，视野开阔（看日出别提多方便了）。民宿设施齐全，免费的小食水吧真的做到最全面的。床品很舒服，每次醒来缓解一身疲劳。很想带回家。每次回来楼道都有一股芒果的香甜味道。五楼无边泳池和桑拿，健身房都很齐全。住在这家民宿真的很安心。
