For any questions, concerns etc. This abode is in a central beach location next to Kate Sessions Park. Take a quick walk or bike ride to Pacific Beach and Garnet Avenue, a vibrant area with an abundance of funky eclectic shops, small cafes, and bars. (bike rental fee $25 per bike ) Garnet Ave. south on Lamont - 1/2 mile with restaurants, shops and grocery stores. Trader Joe's Vons Ralph's Sprouts The fish shop Cafe Athena Fig tree Cafe Zen 5 Sushi Pacific beach- west on Beryl Ave. - 1.5 miles Two new beach cruiser bikes are available for guests to use. The property is split by a fence with two smaller dogs in the back house that are well contained. ** no smoking on property or in unit, if smoking is evident an additional $100 cleaning fee will be added after check out . *this is a quiet safe neighborhood near kate sessions Park , there will be normal neighborhood noises i.e. Monday morning trash pick up. **There is a strict no extra guest policy, only those staying at the studio are allowed on the premise, no parties or gatherings of any kind. ** no dogs (requests can be submitted for small dogs under 20lbs w/ additional cleaning fee of $50 **any additional cleaning needed is charged at a rate of $20 per hr.

Completely renovated in Jan'23 & located in a very quiet area of Pacific Beach. Partying or being loud is not tolerated. One bedroom cottage w/ its own private outdoor space & yard, roof top deck, A/C & gated parking. Gated private entrance, easy self check-in & 4 blocks to the beach. Enjoy the 2 bikes, beach chairs & boogie boards. Neighbors have been doing construction for over a year on their home so there is still some noise on occasion, but they don't seem to work many days of the week.
