Highest floor with big balcony, enjoy great view of surroundings; Clock Tower, fantastic starry sky view, can see Genting Highland in a good day. Quite & cooling place with nature ecology (jungle tracking, water fall, etc). An idle place to escape from busy town. Silverpark Resort has won Majlis Perbandaran award for the best kept Taman.

It is Penthousr unit 6th floor BUT only walk up 3 floor from Ground Floor or parking level. Perfect studio especially Kids and young couple. Kitchen is Fully equip with Elex Cooker, frying pan & pot. Kettle, knife. van opener, chopping board and kitchen ware for 4 sets of Plate. Bowl, Spoon & fork( as per photo) Bathroom with Water heater, shampoo cum body wash & toilet roll.

A living area is presented with a dark sofa and an area rug featuring intricate patterns. Two framed wall hangings are displayed above a low media console. Green curtains with a floral design drape the window, adding a touch of color to the room.
