Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Paddington

We enjoyed 2 lovely nights in Leah’s fabulous flat. It’s a beautifully decorated and stylish space with plenty of room and a fabulous outdoor terrace which is always a bonus in London. Easily walkable from westbourne Park tube station even with bags and close to Notting Hill and Little Venice and shops close by for food / supplies. We had everything we needed and more and really appreciated the welcome tray with tea/ coffee/ snacks and freshly baked cookies. We particularly appreciated the host allowing us to check out a couple of hours later than usual and we certainly intend to book this lovely flat again. Would highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay with Karen and Nick. Everything was exactly as shown in the photos and described on Airbnb. They were incredibly friendly and empathetic hosts. We slept like we were in the clouds – the bed was soft and cosy. The bathroom was spacious and modern, with fresh towels provided every other day. Our room was cleaned regularly, with fresh water, coffee, and milk replenished daily. We can wholeheartedly recommend Karen and Nick’s accommodation to anyone. Hope to see you again soon!

Rustig plek en hele vriendelijke eigenaren. Metro station is op loopafstand ( 10 min). Centrum van London is bereikbaar met metro ( treinen) binnen 10/15 min.

Josephine and her son were really welcoming. She shared a lot of useful information for my travels and looked after me during my stay. She also gave me some enough privacy. I'm really enjoying my time here.

What can I say about our stay with Annie and Andrew. They were simply amazing and their places is as beautiful as the pictures. Amazing breakfast with homemade muesli and fruit and a cooked English breakfast. The day we left they even packed a breakfast/lunch for us which was absolutely amazing as we had to leave early. Their home is beautiful. Their thoughtfulness is amazing and they were super nice people. And what can I say about their dog? Stanley is a sweetheart.

Alice was super friendly and a great host. My room was huge and her place is a very short walk from the metro station.

Lovely stay at Celia’s! A bright and quiet room with a small desk and a very comfortable bed. Celia is a kind host, and the apartment is lovely and located in a pleasant area. A 5min walk takes you to the bus stop, and you reach the tube within 10 minutes. Thank you again for being so flexible with my arrival.

This flat was exactly as described and pictured in the photos - absolutely wonderful. The bed and pillows were good quality, so a good night's sleep. The apartment was clean and equipped with everything we needed. We ate in several nights and the kitchen had plenty of pots and pans for cooking. There is a great Marks and Spencers a couple of minutes walk away for groceries, and there are food trucks and cafes all along the canal as well. Paddington station is also a few minutes walk, so getting anywhere by Tube is easy. My husband and I like to walk cities, and the location of the apartment was great for that. We walked through Hyde Park one day, over to the Victoria and Albert - and over to the Tate Modern another day. Aaron was quick and helpful with communication. We would definitely return to this listing.

Very well decorated house with a spirit. Felt right at home. Great sound system and London view too. Without a doubt a top airbnb experience and offers great value. Calypso was super friendly and helpful. It’s very hard to think of a downside for the place and i’d only sit this one out if i had a past bad earthquake experience because the flat occasionally shakes. Thanks Calypso

It definitely is an excellent place to stay when travelling in UK. Just a walking distance to the Paddington Station. There is plenty of grocery stores around the location (Tesco, Sainsbury’s, M&S), make food preparing easier and convenient. The room is clean and tidy. All equipment is functioning well. The host is responsible and friendly, respond our request and questions in shortly.

Notting Hill Glow was exactly as described. On a busy street, but wooden bedroom doors filter almost all of the nighttime noise. Not having air conditioning was not an issue for us as daytime highs were under 80 degrees and nighttime was cooler, but I can imagine it could be uncomfortable if temperatures reached the 90s. We were able to walk to several great restaurants and pubs. Comfortable bed.

Frankie’s place was close to Paddington station yet quiet from the street noise. It was a cozy place that had just the right amenities to be comfortable. Bed was comfortable, shower was great. Clean place. The dryer didn’t work great but Frankie said he would have it looked at after our stay.

I had a lovely stay at the property! The location was convenient, the place was clean and comfortable, and the check-in process was smooth. The host was always helpful and accommodating throughout my stay. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

We loved our stay in Mariya's apartment, which was amazingly peaceful (there was remarkably little street noise) while still being centrally located. We enjoyed being an easy walking distance to numerous outstanding restaurants, cafes, neighborhood parks, and Paddington Station. The unit itself is accurately represented in the photos -- both cozy and urban-chic -- and Mariya was very communicative. Would highly recommend!

In short: a gem of an apartment. Only thing to be aware of is, this is on the 2nd floor (3rd in American terms), so if you come with heavy luggages, be prepared to pull them up. This is Notting hill, amazing location, multiple stations are around: Royal oak, Queensway and Paddington. On a side note, this place will suit couples, might not be perfect for families with kids given the decorative style of the apartment.

The flat was in a great location near the tube station and bus stops, with many shops nearby. It was nicely decorated, clean, and very modern. Mehdi was very responsive and easy to reach. Check-in and check-out was smooth. Overall it was a comfortable and cosy stay, would recommend!

This unit is in a great location next to the paddington train station. Very close walk to station and just far enough away that there is no noticeable train noise. The unit is about 2 to 3 blocks from the west side exit. A pub is less than a block away. About 1/4 mile .5 km to the northeast is a relatively new mall with Starbucks, pubs, few eateries, and boat eateries on a canal. We had no trouble getting into unit. We were buzzed right in. We had to climbed 1 flight of stairs but that was expected. The unit is very nicely equipped with many personal touches. The bathroom is very nicely and recently updated. The kitchen is well equipped and clean with good cookbooks. The laundry machine is clean and in very good condition I was only there 2 nights but if I had to stay longer I would have been comfortable.

A beautiful apartment in a quiet and central location. Great access to public transport and also very walkable. An excellent place to stay if you want a few more creature comforts than are usually offered at hotels, and still in an accessible location. Highly recommend.

We had a fantastic time at Elena’s place. Great location, all amenities were there, very well maintained and all very modern and up to date. Elena was a fantastic host, very communicative and helpful. I loved the little sunny patio in the mornings. The flat can be a little noisy but we didn’t mind. Thank you Elena!

Beatrix’s place is in a great location near Nottingham Hill Gate. There is a 4 floor walk-up, but it wasn’t an issue for us! The flat was clean and had some nice amenities that made it very comfortable. Great value!

We had a wonderful stay. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the Tube and Kensington Park, which made it really convenient for exploring the city. We stayed with our 8-month-old baby and everything went smoothly. The nearby parks were ideal for planning relaxed, baby-friendly days, and our little one felt right at home. The apartment was exactly as advertised: clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The host was kind and responsive throughout our stay, which made everything even easier. Overall, a 10/10 experience. We’d definitely stay here again!
