Holiday rentals with a patio in Pagasetic Gulf

Central, but quiet, peaceful and very clean accomodation. Everything you might need, was there. Walking distance through Volos. Private parking. Great and friendly and always reachable host. Perfect stay. We stayed for one night only, because we wanted to reach the first ferry in the morning. Two minutes ride to the port of Volos.

I had a wonderful time! The house was clean, comfortable and fully equipped with everything I needed. The location was excellent and quiet, ideal for a business trip or relaxation. The host was kind and available for any questions. I'll definitely go for it again!

Overall very good. Clean and comfortable. Free Parking is a little tough to find. If you are willing to pay there is a parking right next door

Is a good place to stay for few nights.

It's exactly as if you're the first guest ever! Everything is very clean. You have everything you need in the studio. It is the most beautiful building in the area. There is a nice outdoor area where you can enjoy an aperitif in the evening. Good restaurants that you can reach on foot. The parking was also an added value for our rental car! And the host was a message away with a quick response. Top three of the best air bnbs we have visited all over the world! Thank you.

super friendly communication and responsive!! the house was super clean, even we made the reservation at the last minute! what a peaceful and calm balcony with the delightful view and sound of the sea!! with two three steps from the path outside the house you are on the beach ready to dive or hang out and walking another 5 minutes to the ‘center‘ on the coastline you are among the people the cafes the tsipouradika. if you have a car also the access to the rest of Pelion or Volos is equally easy. not just a must visit airbnb in Kato Gatzea, but a feeling like home place!! thank u yanniiiiis!!!

We loved our stay here, it was the perfect distance away from the city center but a walkable distance. Very clean space, the beds were made every day as well as the trash taken out. The staff there was the absolute kindest people. Very quiet surroundings. We loved the porch we could sit on with gorgeous views.

Very nice house, clean in quiet location. Mrs. Athanasia is very kind and hospitable, willing to help with anything you need. We will definitely visit it again and I highly recommend it!

The house is modest yet wonderful! a perfect Airbnb experience. Situated within an Olive Grove and with an amazing view to the sea, you wake up to the sound of birds and ocean waves, and everything around is green. Theres almost total privacy at any point of the backyard and house, and it's just a 2minute drive down to Chorefto Beach for Cafe or Taverns. The host is very nice and very helpful, gave us a lot of recommendations and information, we'll definitely come back if we get the chance.

The residence exceeded our expectations. An independent, tastefully decorated and well equiped house, cozy and comfortable all times of the day Nikos is a wonderful host. Friendly, easy going and helpful, but also very discreet. We would grab the opportunity to visit again anytime, 10/10 recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The place is wonderfully quiet. In the morning, all you can hear are the birds and the local church bell. Mia, the dog, is incredibly friendly, intelligent, and great company during breakfast outside. We visited at the end of March, so the nights were still a bit chilly, but the fireplace warmed up the space quickly. It was our first time in Greece, let alone Pelion, and Nikki provided us with valuable tips about the local area. We would definitely love to come back!

A charming and cozy apartment that feels like the kind of romantic escape you’d describe in a novel. It has everything you need for a perfect and intimate stay. Kiriaki, the host, is responsive, helpful, and kind. We’ll definitely return on our next trip to Skiathos. Highly recommended!

On a great beach. A short drive to restaurants and a supermarket. Not walkable, but the beach and the view makes it a perfect spot to rest, relax, swim, and do laundry after a few days of hectic site seeing. It is a gem.

Zina welcomed us warmly. Superb view from the terrace of the village of Afetes and the Gulf. The house matches the description and we had a pleasant stay. The adorable cat who adopted us during our stay has remained in our hearts.

We had a perfect stay at Olga and Evanthia's place. The cottage is located with views of the sea from all the windows, a shaded outdoor seating area, and is a short walk from the nearest beach. Olga is so kind and generous, she left us some welcome snacks (including olives from the cottage's grove!), had lots of recommendations, and was fun to spend time with. We love Pelion and would definitely come back to this peaceful and unique spot in the future. Thank you Olga and Evanthia for a wonderful stay!

Yanna was a terrific host and very keen to help out with all our questions and needs. She was also proactive in suggesting places to visit. Nothing was too much trouble for her. The house is beautiful and the views from the three balconies stunning. The only downside was that public transport (one bus line to Skopelos Town at infrequent times) was insufficient to explore all parts of the island or even to go food shopping, so car rental was necessary, even though Yanna offered to give us lifts, when she was free. This was however easy and economic to arrange in Loutraki. We would certainly rent this property again!

The space is exactly as shown in the photos. Spotless , well-maintained, and extra surprises from the host with a personal touch!!! The only thing there is like a thorn is that the GPS can't take it off like an address because it's a dead-end street and doesn't pick it up. But that's NOT an omission from the host. However, the host was very communicative and willing to help us find it!

Floor apartment very close to the center of Volos and suitable in a quiet area. Comfortable that made us feel at home. The host greeted us, not like renters but as her beloved relatives. Her attitude towards us was really touching. We thank her and wish her all the best to her and her family.

The host Aλικη was very accommodating and responded to my messages immediately. I felt very comfortable in the accommodation at all times. The next time I visit Volos I will check again to see if Aλικη's loft is available!

Cozy, clean, and warm! Easy parking with a quiet neighborhood. The host is responsive. The only downside that it's on the 2nd floor without an elevator.

The apartment is centrally located, you are very quickly in the shopping streets of Volos and has a wide selection of restaurants in the immediate vicinity. The view over the port is very interesting. The large balcony invites you to linger. The apartment was very clean and exactly as shown in the pictures. All in all, a very successful stay in Volos with a very accommodating hostess.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! First of all, the impeccable cleanliness of the place made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The view from the house is simply stunning, a true haven of peace that invites relaxation. The hosts were incredibly kind and always available to answer our questions and provide us with tips about the area, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Lastly, the location is perfect, close to Volos, allowing us to enjoy both the tranquility of the place and the easy access to the city. We highly recommend this property and hope to return soon!

new, clean apartment with a large balcony Nikos is very helpful and responds immediately. easy to reach location and convenient for restaurants and shops. it is not easy to park because it is in a paid area but just go up the parallel street to leave the car.
