Holiday rentals with lake access in Lahti

Wow, what a beautiful location. And such a lovely house. There was a an original sauna on the lake which allowed us a true Finnish experience. Elina was the perfect host. She was always responsive and keen to ensure we had a great time. Anyone booking this place will not be disappointed. We will be returning- maybe when there is snow on the ground. Thank you very much.

This is one of the best places we have stayed. It is a very quiet, peaceful location, surrounded by nature and beauty. If that's what you are looking for then this is the place for you. The house is stunning and modern with great views, the sauna is wonderful and encourages relaxation. We also loved using the boat and swam in the lake about 6 times each day! It's worth stocking up on food in one of the big supermarkets like the one in Lahti, but there are some amazing restaurants within a 35-40 minute drive. We are looking forward to staying here again soon.

Overall every good experience staying here. Beautiful and stunning views of the lake and trees x. The sauna is also very good. But watch out if you park your cars at the yard, there are trees and rocks you need to pay attention to.

A paradise in nature. The most beautiful and perfect AirBnb we've ever experienced. It was a dream to be in. Everything was new and very well maintained. Hannu has thought of everything - from the beautiful boat, small path to his own island with barbecue area to the complete furnishings of garden furniture, fly screens and a beautiful sauna. Nature is indescribable! In four hours, we rowed around the big lake. You can experience the Finnish lakes landscape in full splendor ... water, vastness, trees, sky ... The villa is so private, there are no neighbors far and wide. You are alone and enjoy the luxury of the villa. Ulla and Hannu live 1 km away and are there to take care of you if you need anything. Don't think, book it, you'll find a gem. In addition, it is on the right side with sun until midnight in summer. Unforgettable.

A peaceful and welcoming place to stay with an incredibly beautiful lakefront location. Great outdoor trails leave right next to the place to stay. It was lovely to sit on a glazed deck and a lakeside sauna terrace admiring summer and nature.

The apartment is a few minutes drive from Messilä ski center. A small walk away is a large grocery store and pizza/kebab eatery. The apartment has all the necessary dishes for cooking. A super fun sauna that's great for relaxation after a day on the ski hill.

We stayed at Villa Kielorinne for a week over midsummer with a group of five adults and had a great experience. The cottage was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room to relax, cook, and enjoy meals together. The location is peaceful but not remote, just a short walk to the village center and a grocery store, which made things really convenient. The kitchen was very well equipped, with everything we needed for cooking and baking. Having a dishwasher was a big plus for a group like ours. The host had thought of all the little things that might come in handy, from fly swatters to a toothbrush charger. Another highlight was the sauna: spacious, clean, and with direct access to the water and beautiful lake views. The host was responsive and proactive, sending tips about local activities before our arrival, which helped us get the most out of our stay. Overall, a great place to enjoy some quiet time while still being connected to village life!

Very cozy and beautiful home! There was plenty of room for five people, and the kitchen was well equipped without being crowded. The toilet is small in relation to the apartment, which did not bother our group, but can affect a large group that would like to stay there. All the items were easy to find and the instructions were clear, Miia was a really friendly host and the communication went smoothly. Also, the air conditioning was in good condition during the summer. I recommend it!

Friendly and helpful in everything and got immediate answers when asked. Our dog is also doing well and is already on its own, even if it could not enjoy the peace of the cottage for reasons that happened to it.

A wonderful Mökki with a beautiful lakeview. Jukka was very helpful at Check-In. The house is well equipped, clean and asthetically furnitured. The separate sauna building lies at the lakeshore. We travelled with two small children (2 and 4) and the house was perfect for that. We enjoyed the sauna and the dip in the icehole very much. We would love to come back!

Stopped here for a night on a motorbike trip. The cabin was cozy and clean. I would come again to spend time in nature and do fishing.

Kitchen equipment 10/10! There were lots of dishes, utensils, skippers, pots, and the most common appliances! (:

We did well and had a nice little "vacation" at the cottage. The cottage and yard were as described. If the intention is luxury vacationing, I would not go here, but if you are looking for honest Finnish cottage vacationing, the place is perfect. A big plus is that you don't need to bring blankets/sheets and towels. The host communicates well. No complaints, maybe we'll come again ☀️
