It's environmental and family friendly property. The house is built with double-bricks locally made, and rendered with mud & straws. High ceiling, lots of doors and windows and veranda stimulate the airflow. Located by the beautiful Mekong River, it is very pleasant and peaceful. just renovated in walking street

30 meter from walking street and the river you find this newly renovated house. The house have 2 bathroom build by stones from mekong river in an old fashion Danish way. Upstarts have a closed outside area build with inspiration from Bali. The house is build with a soft minimalistic touch in a quiet sideroad to walking street. Here you can enjoy coffee or tea in the soft bean bag area, the front terrace, the sofa or the garden. For kids there are games to enjoy in the sofa area.

The villa's exterior is illuminated in soft lighting, highlighting the modern architecture. A spacious driveway leads to the entrance, where a vehicle is parked. Lush greenery surrounds the property, contributing to a serene atmosphere in the evening light.

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and big groups.
