Ubicada en Zona 16 a pasos de Cayala. Casa hermosa, tiene excelentes vistas al area de Cayala, la Ciudad y Volcanes y pronto Embajada Americana en una zona exclusiva. Adicionalmente es vivir en la ciudad pero rodeado de naturaleza ya que da a una reserva boscosa. La casa es fresca y muy acogedora con espacios integrados a la naturaleza y una excelente altura e iluminacion. Lo mas importante es que esta ubicada a pocos minutos de Z.15, Z.10 entre otros y a pocos kilometros de Antigua .

En este amplio y cómodo apartamento contamos con dos habitaciones, una cama queen, una imperial y un sofá cama matrimonial, 3 baños con toallas, amplia sala y comedor y cocina equipada al igual que área de lavandería. El edificio cuenta con un área social donde encontrarán piscina con vista a la ciudad, salón social con vista a Cayalá y un pequeño jardín. La ubicación es excelente ya que nos encontramos frente a Ciudad Cayalá y a 15 minutos del aeropuerto y Zona Viva.

Samuel's place was perfect for our 14 day stay in Guatemala City. The facilities have enough to keep you occupied when you don't have plans out and it is conveniently located for short drives to popular spots in the city. The space had everything we needed while nicely decorate with local Guatemalan themes. This spot will definitely be one of our favorites for our next visit and can't recommend Samuel enough as a super host. He was responsive and flexible as our needs changed toward the end of our trip.

Very comfortable stay! The place is very comfortable, the building staff is very friendly and attentive at any time, and in order to need it, nearby shops are very convenient. Eugenia was very kind and attentive to us guiding us with the instructions to enter and she followed us up to make sure everything was okay.

Excellent apartment in the heart of area one. Spectacular view of the central park, cathedral and palace. Very safe building one block from a supermarket and central market. Lots of good restaurants nearby. The apartment is very large with full kitchen and two large bedrooms. Very complete and cozy. Good shower with quite hot water. Washing and drying clothes machine. Good internet. Cesar is a great host. This apartment is super recommended.
