The house is 400 meters from local shops such as restaurants, market, pharmacy, bars and clubs. The house is special for those who really want peace in the midst of nature and to isolate themselves, as it is in a totally residential area. The house is the soul of Guarda do Embaú. CASA PÉ NA AREIA - Semi-private beach, calm sea

Come and spend a few days in the coziness and the tranquility that only a house on the beach can offer. Simple house but complete on the general street with a grocery store at 50 mts. It's not a place for parties or events. The beach has no exit to the street, it is for you. The land has two independent houses, you are on the ground floor, at the height of the beach, with the garage and the balcony with a barbecue grill. The upper house gets used to being uninhabited, when someone is an elderly couple.
