The house has an ELECTRIC PLANT and is located within a gated complex, along with other housing units. We are 150 meters from the Sambil Margarita shopping center, a 5-minute walk from the bakery, butcher shop, craft center, the San Carlos castle, the church of the Christ of the good trip
