Boardwalk has an on-site HOA and maintenance team and 24 hour security. There are 5 large elevators, however, this condo is on the 3rd floor - you can take an elevator or the stairs. We have 2 large flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi. Direct Oceanfront balcony! Free Beach Chairs!! Heated pool, Hot Tub, Spa, Saunas!

This is a non-smoking unit. Any signs of smoking with attract an additional cleaning fee of $500.
