The unit is clean and well appointed. The staff are friendly. The photos are accurate and the location is good. It is very close to the pool if you like that sort of thing. The air conditioning works well. The only drawback is the road noise but that's fairly common for most places here. I washed the air filters in the A/C unit so the next guest is all set to go. The restaurant next door is pleasant and has a nice breakfast.

My girlfriend had a wonderful stay at this condo in Bacolod! The unit was clean, modern, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was convenient—close to shops, restaurants, and major points of interest in the city. The check-in process was smooth, and the host was very responsive and accommodating throughout my stay. The building felt safe and secure, and I appreciated the quiet atmosphere—perfect for relaxing after a busy day. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Bacolod. I would definitely stay here again!

Awesome condo in a great location in Bocolod. Extremely convenient to get to Robinson's Mall. The view outside the condo is also breathtaking, the host Rene was extremely nice and accommodating. Would most definitely book again without a second thought.

Great location and hosts! Received clear instructions to get the key from their lockbox and I was in the unit with no problem. The location is great – near Robinsons Bacolod. I also walked to coffee shops (Dozy Coffee) every morning. The Watsons pharmacy is also walkable. I specifically chose this spot since it's near BC Martial, a jiu jitsu gym I was visiting. The hosts were also very responsive. I had some trouble with the internet at first, but after a quick message, it was all fixed! The internet was fast enough for both my phone and laptop work, and the wifi connection was solid throughout my stay. Spent a solid 3 nights there with no problems. This is in the newer Sitari condominium, so the facilities were great. There's also a Korean convenience store on the ground floor of the building, in addition to Buttery, a pastry and coffee shop. Will most definitely try to stay here during my next trip to Bacolod!

We stayed at this Airbnb for 5 nights and 6 days. The unit was nice and clean. We were also able to use the building’s facilities, and it’s conveniently located near the Iloilo Convention Center, which was the venue for our event. The area is quiet, and the guards and maintenance staff were very helpful. The lobby had a hotel-like feel and smelled really nice. :-) We did encounter a minor issue with the air conditioner, but the host responded quickly and had it fixed right away. We’ll definitely stay here again if we return to Iloilo!

Definitely a good place to stay. The location is perfect since it’s near malls and convenience stores. Parking maybe hassle especially at night so it’s better to park early to secure a space outside. The room is also super nice, the appliances you will need are available. Kudos to the Internet Speed as well, I was able to work smoothly considering I need a high speed connection for my work. We had a great stay at this property booked here twice. The facilities were top-notch, offering everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The place neat and clean. Host is Very responsive. This property offered great value for money and we would highly recommend it to others visiting iloilo.

It was already my 3rd time staying at Irene's place and it never disappoints. Near everything,has big and safe parking area, unit was clean, you can watch netflix all day, and Ms. Irene was very accomodating and friendly.

Host is very responsive and even let us check in 2hrs before the check in time. The condo itself feels very safe and staff were very friendly, it also has large pool to relax and the Location is very accessible if you want to commute using public transportations. The Unit itself is very clean, bed is very comfy, living room is spacious enough and very comfy, best one for us is that the unit is on the 14th floor with a balcony and has the best relaxing clear view of the pool and the city. We checked so many places but my partner and I both agreed that this one has the greatest value. We really enjoyed our stay and I hope that this place will be still be vacant when we comeback here to visit.

Kuya John and Kuya Adrian's apartment were better than photos. It's clean, cozy and homey. They have been responsive to my querries and make sure that all requests have been addressed properly. Also, they offered to drove us from terminal to the apartment with no extra cost. No pressure with the check out time time too. The place was near terminal and Robinsons Mall. They have made our stay worth while. I highly recommend their place for your future trips. I'll be back for sure.

Jinoe’s place was a great stay! It had all the essentials we needed for a comfortable week-long visit. The aircon was nice and cold, and the heater worked perfectly—hot showers were no problem. The unit was surprisingly spacious, and I especially loved the bar counter with the chair directly facing the TV—such a cozy setup. The bed was comfortable, and the furniture was both functional and stylish. There were so many cute drawers and storage options—it was honestly adorable. Would definitely stay here again!

It was our second time staying with Ryan. Was able to check in a bit early to drop off our luggage. Love the area as it’s walkable to Festive Walk. Would not hesitate to stay here again in the future.

It is always great when you get a host that goes out of their way to make the stay comfortable. Chiechie was quick to respond to the issues faced. Despite facing some initial problems at the unit (plumbing) and lack of amenities (soap/shampoo), the host was quick the try and rectify the issue with maintenance. Always reassuring to have a host like this when you’re travelling for work/leisure.

This is my third time at Ms Teng's place. As always, I feel right at home and I'm happy to see the working area again (the chair and table helps in the efficiency of one's work). I sincerely appreciate the snacks and Ms Teng's warm communication. What you see in the photos is exactly what you will get. There's toothbrush kits, soap and shampoo. A TV for those who want to watch Nextflix, YouTube, etc. It has a bunch of streaming selections in case you're subscribed. Plus a nice view of Iloilo City. Thank you Ms Teng for another wonderful and stress-free stay in your abode.

We really wanted to thank Jo Ann as she has been very responsive to us specially sa mga tanong namin like going around and asking for recommendations sa mga local food. While for the place, it is very accessible and easy to find. The unit is super clean and really smells good! It has also provided complete things that you might be needing in your stay. It was a last minute, same day booking and owner responded immediately. She quickly arranged for late self check-in since we are estimated to reach the city almost 6pm. Unit is great, we had restful stay and able to do laundry as well. A day prior our check out, I requested for late checkout due to delay in my flight schedule and the owner willingly allowed and coordinated to the front desk. Overall, it was a great location to cap off our vacation. Thank you for accommodating us.

Amazing location - close to the supermarket, mall, 7-Eleven downstairs, and restaurants. The place is simple but offers great value for the price. Will definitely stay again!

Thank you, Miss Anna for hosting our 2 weeks stay. The location was good and the place itself was well organised, stocked up with a variety of supplies to get you started and beyond. They even gave me a mother’s day present which was a lovely gesture. Miss Anna was accommodating and responds efficiently. Any issues we had was dealt with promptly. I have no hesitation in recommending this place.
