Shops are a 7-minute walk away. Cozy restaurant for breakfast or dinner is a 2-minute walk away. Beautiful pool with a fountain among greenery and flowers. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Gazebo where you can spend time with friends and family, enjoying nature.

Mbuyuni - Baobab treehouse with ocean views

Unplug and escape to an 11-meter-high baobab treehouse, surrounded by coastal forest with views of the nearby Indian Ocean. At ground level, enjoy a self-catering kitchen, seating area, shower, and beachfront sunbeds. We've recently added a beachfront banda for extra guests. Climb to the first-floor bathroom and continue up to the bedroom among the treetops. This rustic stay offers basic comforts for adventurous travelers who aren't afraid of heights!

Guesthouse with a private bathroom, kitchen and outside sitting area. Big garden and shared swimming pool (only with me and my family). Wifi (20 Mb/s) available and included. The room is being cleaned once per week for longer stays. And there is a washing machine free to use if needed. It's 20-25 minutes walking to Nungwi or Kendwa beach, or 5 minutes with a car or tuktuk. We help you to arrange transport if needed 😊

2 bedroom villa 1 minute from the beach

Our 2 bedroom house is located 2 minutes walk from the beach, with a small direct path in front of the gate. It is functional and has a nice garden with a terrace area. In 5 minutes walk you will be in the main square of Nungwi where you will find small supermarkets, souvenirs and full of restaurants. This is one of the best locations in Nungwi.
