More restaurants, pubs, banks, ATM's, dive shops, gyms, shops, etc are located at/around Alona Beach. THERE IS NO FOOD TO BUY IN THE RESORT ITSELF!

Bedrooms are airconditioned. In the past we accommodated 30 guests with extra sleeping mattresses. Beds are for 1-2-3 persons. Located near Holy Name University & Hospital. Near from MC Donald's Drive Thru, 10 minutes away from Island City Mall (ICM). Along main road w/ public transportations. Quite and secured.

Bungalow with PH exterior native design made of bamboo what we so called here (amacan) with an elegant & modern interior. there are SECURITY cameras in my property, installed outside: 1 facing the gate & front door, 1 on the sides facing the garden & parking space and 1 at the back facing the back door and small cabin. Then 2 security camera inside the house located in the kitchen and living room. As of this day, since Feb. these cameras are not recording/functioning due to Burnt DVR

Nous avons été enchantés de notre séjour. Le logement est impeccable avec beaucoup d'attention portée aux petits détails, rien ne manque. Peter et Rowena sont toujours disponibles sans jamais être envahissants. L'un des points décisifs qui avait retenu notre attention est l'accès direct à la mer et nous n'avons pas été déçus, l'endroit est parfait pour le snorkeling et la plongée. C'est très calme, de jour comme de nuit. La contrepartie est qu'il faut un moyen de transport mais nous avions une voiture donc pas de souci pour nous. Merci pour votre accueil et ne changez rien, tout est parfait.

Great place. All you need for short stay or even longer stay. Everything is in great shape. Good communication. You will need a scooter to get anywhere, because its not walkable distances. Amazing pool also!! If I could mention something negative, that would be that there is no mosquito nets around. All in all definitely would come back!!

Hello Norbert, thank you for your warm welcome. You are a very nice host. The room is very large and quiet, like the whole place. A beautiful and large pool that really invites you to swim. Everything was clean and neat. It's a shame that I could only enjoy one night with you. But next time I'll stay longer. Norbert is a really super host for me. Highly recommended!

As for the place, I have given it 5 stars. It was very clean, the aircondition is working well. Although it tends to be hotter when you cook but you just have to open the windows or as we have done, we opened the door. The place is gated for added security and it has CCTV installed making it more secured. As for the host, Angel, she was very helpful. We asked her to arrange our van pick-up from the airport and everything went well. We asked her for some things in the place and she was able to give it right away. We really enjoyed our stay!

Notre seul regret est de ne pas avoir séjourné ici plus de temps. Un logement d'exception, je le recommande très fortement. Tres paisible et calme, seul le coq vous reveillera tôt le matin mais ce n'était à aucun moment un problème pour nous. Le personnel était juste parfait. Nous avons pu réserver une excursion pour voir des tortues ainsi qu'un scooter depuis la réception. Tout était parfait, encore merci !
