On cycle/walking route. Close to Arbroath and Dundee. Dogs welcome for a fee of £30 per pet. *Please note: there is no washing machine or freezer in the cottage.

Panbride Loft- beaches, glens and golf courses

Panbride Loft is a fresh, comfortable, bright and largely open plan self-contained property accessed via our garden. It is split over two levels, with bathroom, shower and storage on the ground floor and a fitted kitchen, dining table, a large sofa/double bed, a double bed and storage for clothes on the upper floor. There is a flat screen TV, wifi throughout and off-street parking. We are close to Carnoustie Championship Golf course, the Angus Glens, and beautiful East Coast beaches.

The “Wee Bothy” offers a great base to explore the North East Coast, our scenic Angus Glens, and nearby Towns and Cities with places of interest all around. The Seaside/Harbour town of Arbroath is a 5 min drive away, with lots of lovely Cafes, Restaurants, Cinema and Theatre. Golfing, Fishing , Kayaking round the Cliffs and Walking, are plentiful in and around the area with Carnoustie Golf Links a 15 minute drive. Bus and Train Station in town for those who want to venture further.

Two bed, two bath with jacuzzi bath in mezzanine bedroom. Wood burner, under floor heating. Access to hot tubs, tennis, large dog friendly gardens. Short walk to Carnoustie - easy access to Dundee, St Andrews, Aberdeen. Recently fully rebuilt in grade B listed Stable Block - Panbride House is a luxury dog friendly (6 acres to run around) complex. On the National Cycle Route - short walk to the beach. TVs in every room - including one that rises from the wall in main bedroom.

At this unique and tranquil getaway, we suggest you try leaving your phone turned off during your visit so you can fully appreciate tranquility in the woods. Enjoy the slow life, destress and go for country walks and look out for Deer, Buzzards, Horses and Sheep. Wake to the wonderful sound of birds chirping away. The cottage is small and cozy with a wood burner. 1 toilet and shower. 2 double-bed bedrooms upstairs accessed by a spiral staircase. We also have good WiFi.

The Annexe (Garden Cottage)

A bright airy annexe in a quiet rural setting with views of the countryside and the river Tay. The accommodation comprises one double bedroom, an open plan kitchen/dining/living room and shower room. There is also a private enclosed outdoor area and a shared drive for parking. We are only minutes from Monifieth with it's shops, pubs, restaurants, golf courses and beach with public transport/cycle path giving easy access to Carnoustie, Broughty Ferry and Dundee.

Parking is available on-street adjacent to the property. Arbroath and Dundee are easily accessible by train or bus with the train station within 5 minutes walking distance and bus stop around 3 minutes. Sorry strictly no pets at this property.
