Here is my cottage, in the heart of the Chinese vineyard and with the state forest in the back. This chalet will delight you with its calm and proximity to the chateaux of the Loire (Azay the curtain 10 minutes, and Chinon is 12 minutes away). Direct departure from the chalet for hiking in the forest and wine cellars! This 30 m2 cottage consists of a kitchen, bathroom, living room (with sofa bed) and a mezzanine with 1m90*1m40 mattress. Sheets are not provided. The entrance is done autonomously.

Built in Loire tufa, it is fully renovated and will offer you great comfort: fireplace for your cold evenings, terraces and plancha for sunny aperitifs. The ground floor is an open, welcoming area with a functional kitchen. Located in a small hamlet of Panzoult, Les Petites Roches, we are only 10 minutes from Île B and 15 minutes from Chinon, the latter classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Independent, comfortable studio for 2–4 people

Nous vous accueillons dans un studio indépendant entièrement rénové et équipé. Lit queen size sur la mezzanine et possibilité d'un couchage d'appoint supplémentaire (2 personnes) au RDC avec le canapé lit. POINT IMPORTANT : nous sommes situés sur un axe routier passager en semaine de jour comme de nuit (voitures et camions). Merci de votre bonne compréhension de ce point.
